🎃✨ A Little Yoga, A Little Magic & A Whole Lot of Halloween Fun! 🖤🐈‍⬛

Join us for an enchanting Halloween Eve at The Treehouse Creative in collaboration with Jesse of Grateful Yoga!

On Friday, October 30th, from 5–8 PM, we’re combining movement, creativity, and a little spooky-season magic for an evening that’s equal parts energizing and enchanting! 🌙

🧘‍♀️ First, we flow! We’ll kick off the evening at Grateful Yoga Studio with Jesse leading a one-hour power flow yoga class to get your body moving and your energy flowing.

🎨 Then, we create! After yoga, we’ll take a short stroll over to The Treehouse Creative for refreshments and a Halloween-inspired Paint Your Pet watercolor workshop!

No pet? No problem! Choose any animal your heart desires, whether it’s your favorite furry friend, a mysterious black cat, or a creature of the night. 🐈‍⬛🦇

🧙‍♀️ Costumes are encouraged! Witches, whimsical creatures, spooky yogis, and everything in between are welcome. Just make sure you can still strike a downward dog!

✨ Two experiences. One magical evening. The perfect way to celebrate Halloween Eve!

🎟️ Space is limited, so grab your spot before it disappears! 👻

The answer is no. We don’t only play Grateful Dead tunes. Or like Pat Swazey said in dirty dancing, “nobody puts baby in the corner.” And we wouldn’t paint ourselves or anyone else in a corner. Our music tastes are as eclectic as a thrift store record bin. Come hop on the bus💜💀⚡️🥀💜

A night to pause, focus on ourselves, and make a little room for self-care. 🤍✨

Our Beauty & Balance gals’ night out included B12 injections, salt room sessions, mini facials, laser hair removal treatments, and yoga to help us release, reset, and breathe.

Even sweeter? Sharing it with a wonderful group of women, making connections, and enjoying some much-needed me-time together. 🧘‍♀️

A HUGE shout-out to @omni_skin_pa , @thegratefulstation , and @thegratefulyoga for hosting us and making this evening so special! 💕

And of course our fave coffee/match cart @fablecoffeeco

Give them a follow, show them some love, and support the local businesses bringing experiences like this to our community!

Although I didn’t make it to @floydyogajam this year, I still felt so connected to the spirit, energy and community from afar✨

The fullness of summer always makes my heart tender. The slow and natural transition from the outward expression of summer to the inward reflection that this time of year brings is so magical to me.

It’s the most beautiful thing to feel so alive and expansive from all that summer held while at the same time feeling so ready to slow down and integrate it all.

Thinking about my yoga jam fam and each soul I connected with this summer and how much you’ve all shaped my heart. Carrying all of those connections with me as I move into a quieter season ahead. 🤍

A few days in my adopted hometown practicing pranayama and meditation, doing asana under the shade of a tent, sinking into sound baths, listening to groovy tunes, dancing and drumming around the fire, eating nourishing food, and spending intentional time with friends - new and old - along the way.

There were long conversations and teary laughs, quiet mornings and late nights, plenty of bare feet, a little rain and mud, and a lot of moments when there really wasn’t anywhere else I wanted to be.

I think that’s what I love most about @floydyogajam weekend. It’s an immersive reminder that yoga isn’t something you do for an hour on a mat. It’s an integral technology that changes everything - how you breathe, how you move, how you listen, how you connect, and how present you can be for whatever is happening right in front of you.

Feeling grateful for the people, the music, the practice, and a few really good days at Floyd Yoga Jam.
