This deserved a spot on the feed🤍

Adan, to say i am proud would be an understatement. You never give up and always continue and strive to be your best on and off the mat. Jiu-jitsu is by far one of the hardest sports Adan has ever done , (mentally & physically) when your rolling your not depending on anybody, no teammates are gonna come and pick up the slack, its all you.

I love watching you grow here @thegrindbjj
The Grind truly has some of the most amazing jiu-jitsu professors & coaches but to add to that, they are life coaches for these kids. I am so thankful that Adan gets to immerse himself in this sport alongside some amazing kids that have become friends🤍

Love you Adan! I will always be your #1 fan🫶🏻
Congrats on your third promotion!
