I must follow my heart.
There is no other way for me.
It is not something I have to decide.
Not something that I question.
There is no doubt.

Doing what I love,
Feels like I am truly living
rooted in my purpose.
What I am deeply called,
Highly guided to do,
Feels like my divine responsibility.

This is the raw photograph with no edits. Ben managed to pick up beautiful light from the setting sun in this photograph and he gifted this photo to me 🙏 Not surprising he also shoots lights and lasers at @vizfx_lasers

Seed pod shakers 🌿

I absolutely love experimenting with sound and its profound effects.

Pictured here integrating the sound of seed pod shakers, as another layer in the set.

A soothing, grounding sound, yet shakes up and moves energy in the mind, body, and Spirit; shaking sound akin to shaking medicine.

One of the many instruments I carry with me in my sound medicine tool kit. Mother Earth providing the perfect frequency for energetic release.

Singing with all my heart and soul. Channelling divine white light.
The body ceases to be. Then, is, again.
Living in alignment with my highest purpose.

As always, @griefgang will be threading the narrative - and a surprise guest too.
Make sure you’re at @thehammocktemple 7-9pm, Sunday! Don’t be late (believe me, you don’t wanna miss Grace Chia).
IF YOU HAVEN’T ALREADY - Sign the petition to keep the festival alive! Type in esoteric festival at change.org or follow the link in my story.

I'm thrilled to be heading back to Esoteric Festival this year, playing a big, bass-heavy, fun-filled set with live electric violin at the Hammock Temple!

I'll be taking over the stage on the night of Sunday the 9th of March with my friends and collaborators @diamonicamusic and @saxy_music, plus we'll be playing a set together as @ahh.bass! It's gonna be a huge night of big tunes, live instruments, dancers, twists and turns - don't miss it!

Head over to @esoteric_festival for tickets ❤️

The Harp: A Gateway to Transcendental Experiences

Harp regularly shows me my true essence... vibration, sound, light.

She regularly entrances me. "I" am no longer. The boundaries between the self, and all that is, blur and dissolve.

As a result of a lifetime of musical experiences and my unending curiosity, I have researched about transcendental and out of body experiences while engaged in listening to, playing, and performing music.

Wildly, Harp often puts me into a trance where I have transcendental experiences. This can happen while recording, playing, performing, or listening.

Harp creates transcendental experiences for the player and the listener. This is truly profound. Particularly that this can happen simultaneously; both player & listener can be transported to a transcendental state of consciousness together at one time.

Throughout this lifetime, and I feel many more, I have been dedicated to immersing in music. I have studied the profound impact of music on the human psyche. I completed Music Advanced Diploma, Bachelor, and Dual Strand Master Degrees over seven years of tertiary study. I have continually studied & am a University Lecturer for multiple aspects of Music including Theory, Performance, Psychology, Musicology, Teaching, History, Multicultural Music, Music and The Arts, Music Therapy, Sound Healing Therapy, Wellbeing...

Over many years I have also delved into research and practice of the phenomenon of transcendental experiences induced by Meditation and Music paired together. I’ve looked at different conscious states and how Music is unique in this way. It is absolutely fascinating and, surreal.

My current chapter is delving into the transcendental phenomena of recording music, while recording my Debut Album.

Music; opening the door to out of body experiences, and profound transcendental states of consciousness.

Feel free to share if you have ever had any kind of transcendental or out of body experiences with Music in the comments. I'm genuinely fascinated and interested in your story. To bring forth this phenomena is work of the soul.

Forever grateful for the gift and transformative power of Music.

Such an epic photograph. Thank you @wild.javi.photography for capturing me play at my 6th @esoteric_festival & thank you to @jimaxiotis & all the Festival organisers for having me, and for all your hard work. Hard work towards something so wonderful is always worthwhile.
