At one point, one in five white Americans was in the Ku Klux Klan. The reason they had to stop was because people like Malcolm X were saying to Black people, “We need to militarise. We need to defend ourselves against this. Our lives depend on it.” That’s when the U.S. government knew it had to intervene, because if it didn’t, the country could have become a war zone.

The difference between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel @leomessi is that Lionel has maintained more of his peak over time than Cristiano Ronaldo, even into his late 30s. In the semi-final, the England players in their 20s couldn't touch Lionel.

And the reason for this is the way Lionel thinks. Cristiano Ronaldo is always working hard and doing what he needs to do to be the best, but so is Lionel. He works hard. All these people saying Messi didn't work are either lying or misinformed. He also does what he needs to do to be the best.

But what really separates Lionel from Cristiano Ronaldo is that Lionel always learns from his mistakes and adapts to the situation he is in. He adapts his training to be the best version of himself now, not the best version of himself 20 years ago.

Cristiano Ronaldo has standards. Messi has standards too, but Cristiano Ronaldo is rigid about what the final product of those standards should look like, while Lionel is always learning from his personal situation to reach those standards without being rigid about exactly what that final product should look like.

And that is why Lionel Andrés Messi Cuccittini is the greatest footballer of his generation—not because of the Ballon d'Ors, Champions Leagues, or records. And yes, Cristiano Ronaldo did what he did, and I'm a Cristiano Ronaldo fan; it's always CR7 for me. But when we're talking about THE GOAT, the best ever in this generation, hands down, touchdown, no excuses, it's his adaptability and his ability to learn from his mistakes while still maintaining those standards and working around them that make Lionel truly the best.

The heights @cristiano Cristiano Ronaldo has reached in the sport and his longevity over time is why many people love Cristiano. At the same time, the six main areas where he has declined are his speed, power, flexibility, endurance, his physical and mental ability to recover after making a mistake on the ball, and ability to get to a loose ball first.

His speed and endurance are really weak compared with what they were at his peak. He has maintained a lot of his power through weight training and physical activity, and his flexibility has been somewhat maintained as well, although it likely requires far more work to become even more flexible.

His weakest element is his ability to physically and mentally recover after making a mistake. A young player can naturally recover quickly after making a mistake, but as a player ages, recovering from a mistake requires an exponentially greater amount of energy both physically and mentally.

This is also connected to getting to a loose ball first, because the same mental and cognitive process involved in recovering after making a mistake is also involved in reacting quickly enough to get to a loose ball first.

All of these things naturally decline with age. However, for Cristiano to be at the same level as the Portugal team, he would have to consciously focus on these areas. He is currently not really that far off the Portugal level despite most people thinking he is based on surface level observations, but the gap can be closed; it would simply require a lot of energy and deliberate work on the speicifc challenges he faces at 41 years old.

Many people saw him as crazy that he had something wrong with him.

According to Einstien mass and energy are the same as spacetime. What we think of as spacetime is a human way of describing that phenomenon.

When spacetime curves, that is mass and energy. Mass and energy are the curvature of spacetime, and a quality of mass and energy, or curvature, is motion.

When two objects, or two curvatures, are near each other, they change the neutral frame so that they both take the other into account when curving spacetime.

So, gravity is the effect of mass and energy and the motion it produces.

At the time he was seen as a mad man.

Telling Westerners that they have a culture, just like the Arab man or the African man with a spear—that they have their own assumptions, made up mythologies, and biases.

They don’t believe it because it’s like a fish in water: a fish doesn’t know it’s wet.

You are just as narrow-minded as someone born in Afghanistan or Japan.

You could say the West is a "melting pot" but that melting pot carries its own assumptions, and those assumptions are visible from the outside but to those on the inside it's like smelling your own smell.

Just like someone believing in spirits or God in other countries.

As Black people in the West, it’s assumed we have no spiritual or intellectual tradition. They assume we are a known variable in their narrative, that we are simplified and not complex external actors. And we ourselves have accepted this role.

To me, it’s obvious that Black people, "The great African nation" are a separate kingdom within humanity. We are not connected to the Europeans in any way; we are separated evolutionarily by hundreds of thousands of years.

But we allow ourselves to be seen as the laughingstocks within their society. So they tell us, “You’re simple people,” and we go along with that.

Not because it is true but because we have not defined ourselves and have allowed them to define us even if those definitions are incorrect or incomplete.

Yes It is a miracle that we’re in America or Europe and so on as black people. A whole other kingdom has been mixed in artificially with another kingdom. That is miraculous in terms of interfering with the natural order.

Europeans broke barriers that had never been broken before barriers that had historically separated the nations.

However, that does not mean we are connected to them, known by them, or do not possess our own spiritual and intellectual tradition, as we are, as black people, As niggers, Er.

"Why is it always Black people who want to sell out this much?

You never see the Indians, Chinese, or Pakistanis begging to be accepted by another group of people to this extent.

The Indians have their gurdwaras, the Muslims have their mosques and businesses, what do we Black people have??... nothing.

Just people on social media begging to be accepted by another group of people who have openly stated that they want us deported.

Right now, we look like fools; we're the laughingstock. Before this little nigga tries to elevate the lives of people in Africa or the Caribbean, he's begging to be English. When the English people have already said they want us out their country.

Then you have these two other jokers reacting to the video agreeing with him desperate to be British as well.

The Chinese have their Chinatowns, the Indians run businesses and banks, and Pakistanis and Bangladeshis have all the corner shops.

Meanwhile, us Black people are out here begging to be accepted by a community that wants us deported.

We need to fix up because, right now, we're light years behind.

You don't see the Kurdish or the Iraqis, or even the Somalis begging to be accepted by another group of people they're just comfortable doing their own thing.

It's only Black people thirsty to accepted and it's embarrassing. We've built nothing in the past 400 years, we're just out here in the camera begging to be accepted by other communities.

This is sad. As Jamaicans, we never got to go to the World Cup. We lost to DR Congo in the qualifiers. I remember that game.

DR Congo were the better team, and we just couldn't beat them. And now I'm finding out that most of the England squad should have been there. They should have been trying to beat DR Congo for Jamaica, not playing for England.

I saw an interview with Jude Bellingham yesterday, actually, when he was 15, and I couldn't believe it. He was speaking like a Nigga. I know he's mixed race, but in that interview he seemed every bit mixed race. The facial expressions, the way he was speaking—you could tell that's who he was.

But compared to what he became, he's trying to act like a white boy. This is sad. I thought that was just who he was until I saw him at 15. Then I realised he isn't that person after all.

So when he's angry after the England game, looking ready to punch someone in the face, that's the real Jude Bellingham. That's the Jude Bellingham from before he chose to play for England.

Every time a Black or mixed-race player becomes exceptional at football, they want to play for England. Imagine if all these Jamaican players chose to play for Jamaica. It would have been us in the semi-finals.

I don't know if Jude Bellingham is Jamaican. It could be misinformation because I've also heard he's Kenyan and Irish. But what I do know is that it's only getting worse. Black and mixed-race people will do anything for England before they do a damn thing for Jamaica or for Africa.

Let Kane play for England. Let Gordon play for England, and see how they do. An African country could have won the World Cup. A Caribbean country could have won the World Cup a long, long time ago. But instead, we wanted to be English. We wanted to be French. Man.

There's likely a quiet awareness that they're wearing a shirt that carries a history and identity that wasn't built around people like them.

But most black people suppress that awareness for the same reasons as everything else — the career, the wages, playing at the highest level.

So they have been chasing that England identity long enough that the Ship of Theseus question might genuinely not occur to them.

They've been performing Englishness since they were twelve even if what they were performing never truly accepted them as Negros.

The honest version would be acknowledging they're representing an institution whose cultural roots don't fully include them, wearing a shirt whose history belongs to a community they're adjacent to rather than inside.

Most won't get there because getting there serves no purpose inside the survival logic they're operating in.

The Fame, the Praise, the Women is a lie that shines so bright it hides the truth.

If the murderer had been Asian or Black, there would be rioting in the streets. There would be calls for people to pick up arms against us.

But because the murderer was white, what do you hear... silence.

Just like when America attacked Iran, no one questioned it. It felt "safe"

Because we are conditioned through the TV to perceive whiteness as safe, and Blackness and Asianness as an existential threat.

What makes one more existential than the other?? Nothing.

But in the mind of the reader, one is more existential than the other, even if objectively they are the same.
