POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I’ve been sitting with the thought of how much Jesus suffered & had fight against, just to reconcile you and me to Himself… and what amazes me is that He never uses the magnitude of His suffering to minimize mine.

Even when I’m not patient with myself, He’s patient with me. Even when I’m not gentle with myself, He’s gentle with me… Even when I get ahead of myself and He has to slow me down, He does it with grace… He is FAR too good…

And I’m realizing how often we can convince ourselves that what we’re going through isn’t significant enough to bring to Him… or that we should already be past that thing by now… But He cares. About all of it. Even the things we’re too ashamed to talk about.

The more I get to know Jesus… the more overwhelmed I become by His love and compassion… I pray I feel this way up until my last breath.

what if experiencing the breakthrough is experiencing Him? What if HE is & always has been the breakthrough?

I just want to know Him more…

Comment “DEEPER” if that’s your desire, too... we have conversations like this every week in The Middle w/ @theheadlees 👩🏾‍🤝‍👨🏼🎙️

Already 1 month since my sis in love started her forever 🥹.

She is all things beautiful, adorable, wise, and kind. We couldn’t be happier for you. Love was tangible around every single corner that day. 1 month down and I pray every moment gets sweeter and sweeter. Congratulations to the Leinen’s!

What if the enemy has been tempting you with something God already gave you?

When Satan tempted Eve in the garden, he told her that eating the fruit would make her like God. But here’s what’s so interesting to me: she was already created in His image and likeness! (Genesis 1:26)

And I wonder how often we find ourselves doing the same thing. Striving for identity, significance, and authority without fully recognizing who God created us to be.

Jesus didn’t just come to give us a better life. He came proclaiming the Kingdom of God, inviting us into a restored relationship with our Creator and a new way of living under His reign.

You cannot fully understand who you are until you begin to understand whose you are and the Kingdom you belong to.

There’s so much more to discover about our identity in Christ, and I believe it’s time we begin living with a greater revelation of what God has made available to us!

What if your fear of losing a relationship is actually keeping that relationship from becoming healthy?

One of the things we’ve had to learn is that avoiding difficult conversations isn’t always an expression of peace. Sometimes it’s a reflection of our own fear of rejection, confrontation, or being misunderstood.

And somewhere along the way, we can begin confusing forgiveness with allowing unhealthy patterns to continue.

But here’s what we’re learning: You can love someone, extend grace, and forgive them while still being honest about what needs to change.

Healthy relationships require more than good intentions. They require the willingness to have uncomfortable conversations, establish healthy boundaries, and give one another room to grow.

Sometimes the conversation you’re most afraid to have is the very conversation your relationship needs.

We’re talking about this and so much more on The Middle with the Headlees! ❤️

One critical aspect to Marriage is reaching a place of contentment… Contentment does not mean that you don’t stay hungry for growth and for more of what God has in store, but it’s recognizing that you don’t need anything outside of God to make you complete… It is recognizing that no matter what you go through or whatever situation you find yourself in that God truly is enough, and your value is found first in him… We had an incredible conversation in the middle with @theheadlees and would love for you to talk with us about marriage, relationships, and everything in between.

“You took the mess that I was and you have done some incredible things”.

To be able to have served the house that created an atmosphere that changed and saved my life so many times was one of the greatest honors of my life. I have to express my gratitude to @toureroberts @sarahjakesroberts @dranitaphillips for trusting my husband/ride or die and I to share what God placed on our hearts at @one.online during this time of remembering our foundations and making space for the renaissance that’s here.

I’m having one of those moments today where I’m weepily realizing that every single season of insecurity, mental oppression, heartache, and shame was never wasted. To 15 year old Ren-every single tear was counted. Every second was on a collision course with destiny. And I’ll tell you this, the best feeling EVER is getting to be used by God to pull someone else out of the pits that you were once in.

Surely…there is a God 💚🦋

Now off to my bonnet and my bed…

There’s something God has entrusted to you that the world needs to hear. But sometimes, before you can release your sound, you have to surrender what’s been interfering with it.

Before God releases your sound, He has to tune it.
📖 Nehemiah 4:20

God is building your capacity for what He’s called you to carry. The refining and uncomfortable parts of surrender have a purpose. 🙏🏽

Next to my commitment to seeing the Kingdom of Heaven advanced on the earth is my commitment to loving her well.

And I don’t just mean a sappy movie type of love, but the kind of love described in Ephesians 5. Every day, I desire to love her better than I did the day before.

I love everything about this woman. Her brilliant mind, her hilarious sense of humor, and the sound of her laugh that accompanies it. The dimples on her cheeks that only I and a fortunate few others get to witness frequently… There are so many little things about her that I hope I never become too familiar to notice.

My greatest adventure in life is following Jesus, hand in hand with you.

There is no one who has been a greater catalyst for growth in my life. You’re my mirror. Thank you for seeing my blind spots and having the patience and gentleness to point them out, while being willing to walk through healing and growth with me. I don’t always get it right, and I would be foolish to pretend that I do. But there is something beautiful about being known so deeply and still being loved so intentionally.

We’ve been through some fires, but one thing I know is that as life tests us, we continue to come out as gold. Even the things that have tested us have become part of the story of who we’re becoming together.

I’m not tired. I haven’t gotten comfortable. I still desire to spend my days discovering the brilliant idea that God had in His mind concerning her. There is so much more to discover, so much more life to live, and so much more love to give.

Along with our family that is soon to expand…

Yes, soon. Not now… but soon. 😂

This deserves a spot on the feed, but more than that, it’s an acknowledgment of the work of art, the masterpiece that is Ren Taylor Roberts-Headlee.

Te amo, mi amor, por siempre y para siempre. ❤️
