I will neither confirm nor deny having a mental shit list of people who greatly benefit from the fact that HIPAA and other laws exist—ultimately it protects them from possible consequences of doing individuals I work with wrong. 😇 [angel face emoji] Inspo: @thehealingwebb Also, my deepest apologies to one of my sisters and other innocent people named Abby 😂😂 ~For legal reasons this is a joke.~ Video description: woman walking up to camera pointing, swings water bottle when person confirms they are Abby. #therapistlife #darkhumor #lol #jokes #mentalhealth

Quarter 1 😎 Welcome to The Healing Webb. This space is about healing with intention, learning without shame, and growing without pretending. I’m Dr. J - a therapist, a learner, and someone still on the journey myself. This page will hold reflections on mental health, the realities of becoming a clinician, unlearning harmful systems, and doing this work with integrity and care. No rushing. No perfection. Just honesty, growth, and humanity. If you’re healing, learning, or becoming — you’re welcome here. #TheHealingWebb #MentalHealthSpace #HealingJourney #TraumaInformed #MentalHealthAwareness
