A slow lunch in the Swan Valley ✨

There’s something about autumn & winter in Perth that makes a long lunch feel even more special... good food, cosy surroundings & nowhere else you need to be.

I love this little local find tucked away in the Swan Valley...It's the perfect way to spend a quiet afternoon exploring one of Perth’s favourite food & wine regions 😍

“You’re going to Perth? What’s even there to do?”

I heard this more than once before my trip. Turns out there are so many things to do in Perth, it completely surprised me and might be one of the most underrated destinations in Australia.

It’s that rare mix of city life and slow living - proper restaurants and breweries, but also parks to wander, small towns to explore, and a pace that lets you actually breathe.

If you’re wondering what to do in Perth or planning your itinerary, a few places to visit worth saving:

🍺 @gageroadsfreo - down to earth, authentic brewery, local’s favourite hangout on a beautiful day
🍺 @brighttankbrewingco - lots of cool beer on tap
🍽️ @thehenleybrook - favourite restaurant of the trip, great food and beautiful outdoor space to just relax and enjoy
🚶‍♀️ Wandering Subiaco: cute town with lots of independent shops and cafes
🍷 @lancaster_wines in Swan Valley - wine tasting right by the vineyard, chill vibes
🍷 @sandalford_wines in Swan Valley - beautiful venue, outstanding wine

The best part? Swan Valley is so close and accessible you don’t even need to rent a car.

If you’re after a city that balances good food, good wine and a slower pace, Perth is amazing 🤍

Save this for your Perth trip 📍

Been to Perth, or is it on your list? 👇
