WELLNESS SOCIAL AT THE RANCH 💚 🐎
honored to have been a small part of such a meaningful event at Wellness at the Ranch. 💚
What a beautiful reminder that wellness goes far beyond physical health. It’s about creating awareness around mental health, learning to slow down and be present through breathwork, moving our bodies with intention, and finding genuine connection through community.
I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to lead a workout, share something I’m passionate about, and connect with so many beautiful souls.
A huge thank you to the @thehigherjourney_ and @whisperingangelsyouthranch for creating a space where mind, body, and spirit could come together. So much beauty in what happens when people gather with intention.

Happy Saturday GVL! We were so happy to see so many happy smiles this morning as @thehigherjourney_ met everyone to carpool them for their hike this morning. Wishing all the hikers best of luck and gorgeous views. We are hoping to see more of you out on the mountain!

What an absolute BLESSING @thehigherjourney_ was this rainy Saturday morning. They woke up early. Showed up in the rain. Got their hands dirty. Blessed our ranch & cleaned our barn top to bottom!

Thank you so, so much for your servant hearts and love for our mission! We are so grateful 🤍☔️🐴

Maybe taking care of your mental health isn’t always a slow morning, a workout, or doing something for yourself.

Sometimes it looks like waking up early on a Saturday.
Showing up in the rain.
Getting your hands dirty.
And putting yourself aside for a few hours to remind someone else that THEY MATTER TOO!💚

@whisperingangelsyouthranch you felt like home! We’re so inspired by your mission & can’t wait to come back!

When we serve …
It gets us outside of our own thoughts.
It brings us purpose.
And somehow, while pouring into others, we often leave a little fuller ourselves❤️‍🩹

This is The Higher Journey.
Come serve with us next time. 🌿

Our team had some fun this past Labor Day at the Donut Dash! We were honored to partner with @thehigherjourney_! They are a community based personal development organization that help push people to their “highest and healthiest selves”. We here at Big Peach GVL love what they’re doing! Please check out their page, and make sure to stop in to our store and see what races are taking place here locally!

🥾🦋 50 FOR 50 🦋🥾
A Movement for Mental Health

For my 50th birthday, I’m taking on something that has been a mission for a long time — completing the GA Loop! ⛰️💪

And this time, it’s about so much more than the miles.

Join me, Altra, and my friends & familia as we move for mental health awareness — through the mountaintops, the valleys, and everything in between. 💚🧠

Along the way, I’m also raising funds for The HIGHER JOURNEY, an organization focused on growth and healing of the Mind, Body & Spirit. 🙏🦋

👟 Come hike/run some miles
⛰️ Take on the whole adventure
🙌 Help crew & support
💚 Or simply support the mission

Want to be part of 50 for 50? Send me a message — I’d love to have you along for the journey! 🥾🦋
