This week was surreal 😭✨💕 We started at Lake Louise, where I had the honor of celebrating some of the top and very best leaders in my organization. I’ve watched these women lead with love, generosity, consistency, courage, and vision since they started, and I’m just so incredibly proud of you all. I have deep respect for each and every one of you. From there, we headed to Banff to pour into our incredible emerging leadership. The women rising up, taking ownership, and choosing to go all in. It was so beautiful to be surrounded by women from all walks of life, passionate and hungry to dream bigger and grow boldly. But this wasn’t a corporate event. It was a collaborative effort by US—top leaders and founders coming together to celebrate the ENTIRE field. No cliques. No weird vibes. Just women linking arms, lifting one another up, and creating space to connect, grow, collaborate, learn, and celebrate. There were so many belly laughs, healing tears, and breakthroughs—the true definition of women smiling and thriving together in every room we stepped into. We made memories we’ll never forget with not only our best friends, but also new friends we’d never met before. A special thank you to @christanlcooper, @maidible and @melissaryanhillman because Banff wouldn’t have happened without you. C, we saw the blood, sweat, and tears you poured in for a year, and I’m endlessly proud to call you not just a mentor, but one of my best friends. This event was so generous, so thoughtful, and absolutely stunning. When you have a vision, you make it happen, and it was really special. A big thank you to all of our hosts who made this truly special. If you’ve been watching from the sidelines… this is your time to take the chance, DREAM BIGGER and dive all in. Not everyone will get it, and that’s okay. But the ones who do? That’s where the impact is made… and lives are changed. We see it happen every single day.
