When I was five years old, I told my parents I wanted to go to dance school. They signed me up for ballet. That’s when it all started.

Dance became my escape, my therapy. It taught me confidence and self-love. It kept me moving through times when everything else in my life was standing still.

It became my main source of income. It took me across stages, through different chapters of my life, and eventually, it brought me to Jamaica.

Over the years, a lot has grown from there. Music became a huge part of my life. Fitness became a career. Different passions took up more space at different times.

But dance was there first.

And looking back, I realize how much of everything I do today was built on that foundation.

Time turn the lights back on..
