COMBO FOR OCTOBER HAS COME TOGETHER🍂🎃

Second month of my Thursday squad building and perfecting a short but diverse combo over the course of the month! Having a combination of moves can be challenging, but through slow introduction of moves and progressions of the combination coming together our team kills it and gets stronger physically AND mentally.
I love a combo for not only the fun and the physicality, but also the challenges it gives to your mind to hop from move to move and remember patterns. We build confidence building on top of the same combo every week knowing we’ve seen it before and can absolutely make it better, sharper, or more intense. Once we hit that flow, that room comes so beautifully connected!

💪🏼 We’re back, baby!

I’m so excited to begin another round of the Strong Girls Series for girls ages 8–10!

This class is about so much more than lifting weights. It’s about helping girls learn how strong their bodies are, feel confident trying new things, and build a positive relationship with movement from an early age.

Over the course of the series, we’ll work on:
✨ Strength & stability
✨ Coordination, agility & athletic movement
✨ Core strength
✨ Proper form & body awareness
✨ Confidence & teamwork
✨ And, of course… having FUN!

🗓️ September 29th - November 3rd
🕚 Tuesdays 3:00 - 4:00pm
📍 Beverly Studio

My goal is for everyone to leave class feeling a little stronger, a little more confident, and proud of what she can do ❤️

If you have a girl who loves sports, is looking to get stronger, or would simply benefit from a fun, encouraging environment to move and build confidence, I’d love to have her join us!

💪🏼Stronger Together💪🏼
Want to workout alongside your daughter? A parent or guardian is welcome to join for a small additional fee!
