This candle may look simple, but it’s filled with calmness and positivity.
The fragrance I chose is gentle, soothing, and designed to bring peace — perfect for moments of reading, yoga, meditation, or just unwinding after a long day. 🕯️🌿

This one is extra special because I made it for a beautiful client who is expecting 🤍. She wanted something calming and pure, and it made me so happy to pour not just wax, but good energy into this candle. Sometimes it’s not about how fancy a candle looks, but about how it makes you feel — safe, positive, and at ease. ✨

The danger of hands of correction no one talks about in Tittibhasana 🦗🔥

1️⃣ Overstretching the Hamstrings – An eager push can tear tissue faster than you can say “lift your hips.”
2️⃣ Forcing the Hip Flexors– Sudden pressure can jam the hips instead of helping them open.
3️⃣ Compromised Wrists – Extra weight from someone else’s hands can overload your joints instantly.
4️⃣ Loss of Self-Balance – Your nervous system needs your micro-adjustments, not a surprise shove.
5️⃣ Violation of Body Boundaries – Hands-on without consent is never alignment; it’s intrusion.

Notice the way i have taken care of all these aspects. So, next time when you're choosing a yoga teacher be careful.
If you're a yoga teacher make sure to address all these points while you're giving hands on correction.
Stay safe and have a happy yoga!

Fat, female, fierce.
This film wasn’t designed to fit the frame. It was meant to change it.
Now it’s being studied as part of global film and gender discourse.
Sumo Didi is a story that made space where there wasn’t any.

📚 What this means :

A professor, Dr. Bharat Dhiman, wrote a detailed academic paper about the film, and it has been published in an international journal that scholars and universities across the world refer to.
This isn’t entertainment coverage. It’s cultural study.
The kind that finds its way into classrooms, libraries, and research archives.

This is also the first time any of my work has been included in academic literature.
Quietly proud of what this story is becoming.

These slides include key excerpts from the published article.

Tittibhasana B isn’t one of those poses you just drop into.
It needs strength, focus, patience and sometimes… a little guidance to show you where and how to go deeper.

This moment wasn’t instant — it was a full process.
It came with effort and a lot of small adjustments that made a big difference.

Hands-on support makes such a huge difference in getting into advanced poses.
Sometimes we think we’re doing it right…
but a small press, a nudge, or a reminder to breathe deeper can completely shift how the pose feels.

And when it finally comes together —
that smile at the end says it all 😁

"Just show up"
Certified Yoga Expert Garima S Sharma (@theintuitiveyogii) tells us that one of the biggest myths she's come across as a yoga instructor is that yoga isn't necessarily for the flexible individuals.

A good instructor, a calm and focused mind is all it takes for yoga to show it's magic on someone. So take it easy, step by step, if you think you're not flexible, you'll get there eventually and the outcome will truly be amazing. Don't wait, and go ahead and give yoga try!
