I am so thankful for the 17 years that God gave me to be able play this sport. I’ve learned many life lessons through football and have made many lifelong friends that I will forever be thankful for. Thank you TLU football for giving me the best years of my life. It is tough to give up something you love when you’ve been doing it for so long, but I am excited to see what path God has me headed down next. I’m going to continue to stay close to football through coaching, but knowing I’ll never play in an actual game again will always hold a soft spot in my heart.
