• 📏 14” x 19”

• 🐕 A portion of proceeds supports Krewe of Mid-City Mutt Mamas rescue

Meet the Artist:

Marguerite Albares is an intuitive artist hailing from the vibrant city of New Orleans. Through her captivating artwork, she delves deep into the intricacies of human emotions, encountering the mysteries of the cosmos, and celebrating the natural world. With every brushstroke, Marguerite crafts a visual ecology that invites viewers to explore the profound landscapes of inner contemplation, sparking a deep connection between the individual and the universe, and drawing us into a more authentic and connected experience that both validates struggle and reveals a path of flourishing.

Care & Usage Notes:

Extreme temperature swings can cause this door hanger to warp, including:

• Below-freezing temperatures

• Abnormally high heat (e.g., a metal door in direct sunlight during summer months)

For best results, we don’t recommend use on doors with a storm door addition, as trapped heat can accelerate warping.

UPDATE! In Foster to Adopt! Paws Crossed! ❤️🙏🐕‍🦺

💔 COURTESY POST🚨Urgent, time is tight 💔

This is Finn. He’s 15 months old, a dachshund/chihuahua mix and he is about to lose his home through absolutely no fault of his own. His mom has to move out of state to care for her disabled father, and heartbreakingly can’t bring him along.

Finn is already neutered, crate trained, and easy. He does great with people, cats, and other dogs. He’s a total cuddle bug, though he’d rather snuggle next to you than be picked up and held. He is being sent off prepared…about 6 weeks of food, toys, flea treatment, and his crate all go with him.

His guardian is leaving September 7th, so this good boy needs a foster or forever home fast. If you can help, please reach out. Sharing is always great, too!
🙏♥️🐕‍🦺

What if “natural” disasters are shaped as much by human decisions and ignored warnings as they are by nature itself?

Deconstructing Disasters shows you what really happened to create some of the world’s worst catastrophes of extreme weather and natural hazards - and what could change before it happens again.

Two new seasons of stories you thought you knew, coming this fall to U.S. TV screens. Check your local listings.

🚨😭🙏 Still working on finding these two a home. If you can share, that would mean so much. 💔

Y’all, this one’s rough. A husband is dealing with his wife’s cancer treatment and a long hospital stay, and on top of everything else he’s carrying, he had to make the awful call that he can’t keep the dogs anymore. Two good boys, none of this their fault.

They’re young, current on shots, fixed, and the boarding staff say they’re sweet and easy to handle. They’re used to being house dogs and right now they’re stuck boarding outside — I know they’re confused about what’s happening to their world.

They’re up in North Louisiana right now but we can help get them transported. Boarding bills are piling up and a shelter is looking more likely by the day, so time matters here.

Can you take one or both in, even just for a little while? They don’t have to go together. DM me if you think you can help, or if you’re not able to foster, please just hit share — that alone has saved dogs before.

Questions? Just message me. Let’s get these boys somewhere safe. 🐕‍🦺🙏❤️

Thanks y’all 😘

On #GivingTuesday, we’re asking for a little help. ❤️
As many of you know, we juggle ongoing vet bills and boarding costs every single month. Above are just a few of the invoices we’re hoping to pay down — and this doesn’t even include our upcoming neuter and several past-due vet bills still on our plate.

Every dollar truly makes a difference for the pups in our care. Thank you for always showing up for us. 🐾💛
