You don’t have to have it all figured out to become the man you’re called to be.

Growth starts when you’re willing to be honest about where you are and take the next step forward. 💪

You’re not alone in the process.

“How long will it take?” It’s one of the most important questions every client asks us⏳

While every project is different, a typical custom home takes about 9-12 months from your first conversation with us to move-in, including design and construction. Larger or more complex builds can take longer depending on size and design.

🎥 Behind the Scenes: @chaseaugustus_

Baton Rouge native Chase left home for college in North Carolina, but it wasn’t long before the food, people and community called him back to BTR.

Today, he’s building JCB Media with his brother, using social media and content to help local businesses grow while shining a light on everything Baton Rouge has to offer.

Catch glimpses of Chase in our upcoming new commercial. 👀

You can’t build a golf course lawn on the wrong foundation.

Sometimes, getting that clean reel mower finish means removing the existing grass and starting fresh with properly prepared soil and new sod.

It’s more work upfront, but the result is a healthier, smoother lawn built to stand out.

How much life insurance do you actually need?

There’s no one size fits all answer.

Your income, debt, family, lifestyle, and future financial needs can all play a role in determining the right amount of coverage for you.

The goal is simple: make sure the people you love are financially protected if the unexpected happens.

Not sure where to start? Reach out to The Root Agency and let our team help you find coverage that fits your needs and budget.

Don’t wait until construction starts to realize something doesn’t feel right.

A room that feels too small, an awkward doorway, or a layout that doesn’t flow can become a costly change once your home is already being built.

Walk your plans at full scale, catch the changes early, and start construction with confidence.

Before you hire a builder, ask who they use as subcontractors. It’s one of the best ways to gauge the quality of the work you’ll get.

Almost all of our subs are owner-operators, so the owner is on site while the work is being done, or even doing the work themselves. The people responsible for the work and craftsmanship are the ones actually on the job site.

That means fewer mistakes, and if an issue does come up, you know the owner will be right back on the job making it right💪🏼

Your bedroom should probably have a little privacy… for obvious reasons. 😂

But that’s not the only reason to tint your bedroom windows.

Residential window tint can help reduce the heat coming through your windows, cut down glare, and create a cooler, more comfortable space to relax and sleep.

More privacy. Less heat. Better comfort. 🏠

📲 Message All Out today to get a quote for residential window tint.
