Why do the nations conspire and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth rise up and the rulers band together gainst the Lord and against his anointed, saying. Let us break their chains and throw off their shackles." The One enthroned in heaven laughs: the Lord scoffs at them. Sple rebukes them in his anger and terrifies them in his wrath, saying, I have installed my king on Zion, my holy mountain." I will proclaim the Lord's decree: He said to me,You are my son; today I have become your father. Ask me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession. You will break them with a rod of iron; you will dash them to pieces like pottery.! Therefore, you kings, be wise; be warned, you rulers of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear and celebrate his rule with trembling. Kiss his son, or he will be angry and your way will lead to your destruction, for his wrath can flare up in a moment. Blessed are all who take refuge in him.

Most cabins fight jet lag with a better seat. Bombardier decided to fight it with light instead. The Global 7500's Soleil system is aviation's first circadian-rhythm cabin lighting, standard since the aircraft entered service in December 2018. It's built into the flight management system, so the lighting knows exactly where the aircraft is on its route — and uses calibrated red and blue wavelengths to simulate daylight on a schedule tied to the destination, not the departure city. The idea is to have your body already partway adjusted before the wheels touch down. The rest of the cabin was built around the same premise: four distinct living spaces — Club Suite, Conference Suite, Entertainment Suite and Principal Suite — plus a full galley and a dedicated crew suite, sleeping up to eight across a 54.5-foot cabin. Bombardier's Nuage seat, standard throughout, adds a floating base and tilting headrest to a conventional deep recline — engineered, like the lighting, around a flight long enough that comfort stops being a luxury and starts being a design problem. 7,700 nautical miles at Mach 0.85. Two GE Passport engines. Certified in Canada and the US within six weeks of each other in late 2018. None of that is what makes this cabin different, though. What makes it different is that Bombardier treated jet lag as an engineering problem, not a marketing one. — Figures: Bombardier.
