Today was a reminder that change happens when people choose to show up. ✊🏾

It was an honor to sit alongside some incredible individuals who are truly doing the work for Black men and boys—not just talking about change, but creating it every single day.

As someone who isn’t originally from Baltimore, I’m grateful to experience this city through the people and organizations committed to uplifting our communities. It has been inspiring to witness the village that exists here.

To every young Black boy and man: your story matters, your voice matters, and your future is bigger than your circumstances. Keep showing up, keep believing in yourself, and never underestimate the power of your purpose.
