Day: 24 - FINAL DAY
Target: 150 push-ups

The last day so did a mix of a lot of the variations/allowed exercises that I had done thought the challenge as I could to end it. With a couple new ones thrown in.
15 exercises x 10 reps = 150
Broke these up throughout the day

Day: 23
Target: 160 push-ups
2nd last day! Stayed fairly standard today. Feeling it!! On knees diamond, some squats and crunches.
Finished the day trying (didn’t succeed AGAIN!) another variation. Then group push-ups with some of the cast!

Day: 22
Target: 229 push-ups
Broke up the day as there were a lot of push-ups and fatigue is real.
Tried (didn’t succeed with some) some fun variations.
One we managed to complete last year but not this year - but we tried. Push-ups are always better with others
