🤝 Here at the 727 Group, we wanted to take this time to share our gratitude to those who took their part in making this block party possible. Every year we try to elevate our events and make them more inclusive to our community. This event wasn’t just about food and music — it was about neighbors coming together, donating time, energy, and resources to build something we can all share and be proud of.

TO THE DJ’s who pulled up and stood on business by delivering such FIRE sets all around. Plus a wild but special rare appearance by @tkay2323 👏👏👏 Big it up to the drum lord @hadders_madd and the @underlandradio family for recording some of the sets for their new DJ-set YouTube channel.

🙏 MASSIVE thanks to our vendors, photographers (@traviswattsmedia & @iriefocus) and EVERYONE who came early to help with set up, brought supplies, cooked, helped with cleanup, and offered support in a hundred quiet ways behind the scenes. It took all of us to bring this to life, and we’re genuinely grateful for the generosity and teamwork from this community.

Special thanks the venue @dameslatakeover for letting us host the block party for the community ➕ @ilovesuciass for putting on the fashion show!

🏆 What made today special wasn’t the event itself — it was the spirit behind it. Seeing everyone connect, laugh, and show up for one another reminds me why community matters.

💐 Thank you again for being a part of this epic 5 year anniversary party. Thank you for giving your heart and your time, and for showing what’s possible when family comes together.

🎆 2026 is going to be taken to the next level 🪩
