⭐️ARDEN’S GARDEN⭐️ Grabbed my girls and linked up with @ardensgardenatl for a little sip, stroll + salad moment on the @atlantabeltline and honestly, this is our kind of summer outing!👏 We grabbed our refreshers, hit the BeltLine for a walk, caught up on life, got our steps in, and came back to enjoy our salads. Because sometimes wellness really can be as simple as good movement, good food and good company. 💛 #ardensgardenpartner

WHAT’S THE SUMMER REFRESHER COMBO?
The Summer Refresher Combo is just $10.95 and includes your choice from their summer juice lineup — Cucumber Lemonade, Watermelon Lime or Strawberry-Rita — paired with their protein-packed Taco Salad. 🥗

⭐️AN EVENING IN THE GULLWING CLUB⭐️ @mercedesbenzstadium has so many gems and nooks that I fear I’ll never know them all. Got the chance to check out the Gullwing Club and this private suite area was amazing just off the networking alone. Sitting right at the 45-yard line, it’s easy to see why this may be the best seat in the house. Amazing customer service and food, it was a great time!

Shoutout to our amazing host Rebekah (@bluerussianpenny) for an incredible evening!❤️

This dapper dude would’ve been 76 years old today. It’s his first heavenly birthday.

For our birthdays, he used to always start off telling the story of our births with “I remember wheeeeeeeen…”, cocking his head back as if he was going off to a daydream like state. And then go into his rendition of the story, describing how he held us, and how all the nurses talked about what pretty babies we were, and all that. As we got older he would continue to call for many years to come, with the same story, and I would just say something to the tune of ‘Oh Lawd, or Oh Dad’, like I was tired of hearing it. But it was his thing…so I let him do his thing. And it was his show of love towards us.

As his memory began to fade, his “I remember when’s” were few and far between, sometimes on days that were not birthdays and eventually non-existent. But I believe the words were still in his heart. When we’d visit, “I remember when’s” were in his eyes. And because of the very fact that I’m sharing this with whoever’s reading, I know the words remain in mine.

Happiest Birthday to you Bill. You’re loved and missed.

2016 Winter loved a blue tone filter & reallllly caught the travel bug that year. 🩵 Made dreams come true that year by traveling to Israel, went on a Bahamas cruise with some besties, almost moved to Cali lol (that’s where I discovered I was allergic to shellfish!) Plus many more adventures with some of the best people. Honestly don’t think my vibe has changed all that much in 10 years 😅

Also RIP to Black Tap coffee in Charleston. Pretty sure it has a new name now. :(
