šŸ¦„ THE VISION. THE NAME. THE BUSINESS. AND NOWā€¦THE Ā®. šŸ™ŒšŸ½āœØ :: The Kneading WellĀ® is officially a registered trademark! Another milestone on my entrepreneurial roadmap, and this one means so much. Intellectual property is a BIG deal. Iā€™ve poured my heart, hands, faith, and hard work into building this businessā€”and protecting its name is personal. I own this. The name and all! šŸ’šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø But getting here? I talked myself out of taking this step more times than I can count. But Godā€¦ šŸ™šŸ½ Each year, He put people in my ear encouraging me to move forward. He nudged me to research, ask questions, and take this vision seriously. Then He placed @guardyourgenius in my path. Neidy and her team were incredible to work with and made a process I had built up in my head feel easy. I went in expecting 12ā€“18 months. But God againā€¦ SIX MONTHS! šŸŽ‰ Today, Iā€™m celebrating the registration, the obedience, and finally taking a step I had postponed for too long. Thereā€™s more on the roadmap, and Iā€™m so excited for whatā€™s ahead for The Kneading WellĀ®. This name carries purposeā€”and Iā€™m grateful I get to keep building it. šŸ’œšŸ’š :: #TheKneadingWell #GotThatR #EntrepreneurialJourney #ButGod #KeepGoing

ā˜®ļø ELEVATE THE INJURY ABOVE YOUR HEARTā€¦ā¤ļø :: Simple adviceā€”until the injury is your neck, shoulder or spine. šŸ˜© My injuries couldnā€™t be elevated in the traditional sense, so I had to understand the purpose behind the recommendation and adapt it. For me, elevation became support, positioning, unloading and frequent repositioning. Healing isnā€™t one-size-fits-all. Swipe to learn how you can support and position injuries to promote comfort and recovery. šŸ„ˆ SHE BROUGHT HOME THE SILVER! šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡øšŸ‡°šŸ‡· :: For a little over a year, Iā€™ve had the privilege of working with NateeĢ as she prepared to compete on the world stageā€”helping her recover from training, supporting her tissues, reducing injury risk, and keeping those powerful muscles tuned for the task at hand. Before she left, I put a little pressure on her: ā€œDonā€™t come back to my table with anything less than bronze!ā€ šŸ˜‚ Wellā€¦she came back with SILVER from the World Masters Athletics competition in Daegu, South Korea! šŸ„ˆ NateeĢ, you made all of us at The Kneading Well incredibly proudā€”but little do you know, we were already proud of you long before that medal was placed around your neck. The medal is silver, but this moment is pure gold. Congratulations, CHAMP! šŸ’œšŸ’ŖšŸ¾ :: #WorldMastersAthletics #MastersSilverMedalist #WomenWhoThrow #SportsMassage #RecoveryIsTraining

ā˜®ļø Pā€¦IS FOR PROTECT, AND POLICY REVIEW āœŒšŸ½ :: One minute I was taking care of othersā€™ chronic pain and injuries. The next, I was the injured patient with acute pain, a healthcare detective and a student at the University of Know Your Coverage. In the early stage of a soft-tissue injury, ā€œProtectā€ means temporarily modifying movements, work and activities that increase pain or aggravate the injured area. It doesnā€™t automatically mean complete rest or becoming afraid to move. The goal is to reduce unnecessary stress on healing tissue while maintaining safe, gentle, tolerable movement and gradually returning to function. For me, that meant stopping work, returning with a reduced schedule, avoiding aggravating movements, making time for treatment andā€”the hardest partā€”allowing other people to help me, even my clients. But this experience also reminded me that protecting the body is both physical and practical. It means actively participating in your recovery while understanding the safeguards you already have, the gaps you may have missed and the people who could be affected. This isnā€™t an insurance sales pitch. Itā€™s a ā€œplease check before life checks youā€ reminder. Healing is already a full-time job. In the middle of an unexpected incidence is a terrible time to discover what your policy doesā€”or doesnā€™tā€”cover. When was the last time you actually reviewed yours? Next up: Protect Your Mindā€”because an injured body can send your thoughts running laps. šŸ§ šŸ’Ø #PeaceNLove #InjuryRecovery #ProtectYourBody #WholePersonHealing #FindingPeace

šŸ¤²šŸ½ THE HEALER NEEDS HEALING ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹ :: Being on the other side of the treatment table has given me a new perspective on something Iā€™ve spent years helping others navigate: injury, healing and recovery. But thereā€™s another side of injury we donā€™t talk about enough. When youā€™re a full-time small-business owner who uses your body to make a living, getting hurt doesnā€™t just affect your body. It affects your work, your clients, your schedule and your income. So Iā€™m turning my experience into an opportunity to share and educate. Over the next several weeks, Iā€™ll share pieces of my recovery while exploring the science of soft-tissue injury through PEACE (N) LOVE ā˜®ļøšŸ„—ā¤ļø. The original PEACE & LOVE framework, introduced by Blaise Dubois and Jean-FrancĢ§ois Esculier, expanded the conversation beyond traditional R.I.C.E. to consider both early injury management and the journey back to movement and function. Iā€™m adding the (N) for NUTRITION because I donā€™t believe we can have a complete conversation about healing without talking about what weā€™re giving the body to rebuild. Healing requires raw materials, and many of those building blocks come from what we eat. So, alongside PEACE & LOVE, weā€™ll also explore how nutrition can support tissue repair and recovery. Weā€™ll explore what the research says, what Iā€™m experiencing firsthand, practical ways to support your recovery, and even some lessons about protecting your livelihood when illness or injury temporarily takes your ability to work off the table. An injury happens to tissue. Recovery happens to a person. And sometimes that person has a business to run, bills to pay, people depending on themā€¦and a body saying, ā€œNot today.ā€ ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹ This time, I get to experience recovery from every side: šŸ”¬ the biologist šŸ‘©šŸ¾ā€āš•ļø the nurse šŸ¤²šŸ¾ the massage therapist šŸ“š the business owner ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹ and the patient. Welcome to my PEACE (N) LOVE journey. First up: P is for PROTECT. ā˜®ļø āž”ļø PEACE & LOVE framework: Blaise Dubois & Jean-FrancĢ§ois Esculier, British Journal of Sports Medicine, 2020. :: #healingjourney #injuryrecovery #selfcarematters #peacenlove #softtissuemanagement

FREE BEFORE 40 SPOTLIGHT: DR. KEVIN WALKER Y'all know I couldn't celebrate five years of Free Before 40 without talking about this man: my husband, my best friend, my better half! Dr. Kevin Walker. Kevin has been with me through EVERY stage of Free Before 40. I'm talking about when it was just a concept of a plan (lol). The moments when I knew exactly what God was telling me to doā€¦and the moments when I was still trying to figure it out. Kevin is an engineer, strategist, coach and speakerā€”and if you know him, you know his mind is INCREDIBLE. And there is nobody better to stand beside me as we talk about freedom than the person who has had a front-row seat to my own journey toward it. This year, Kevin is stepping into a new role at Free Before 40 as one of the leaders of our Men's Freedom Segment. And this means so much to me. Because Free Before 40 has always been about women becoming healthy, happy, and whole. But over these five years, something has become increasingly clear to me: Freedom cannot stop with us. We want healthy relationships. We want healthy families. We want healthy communities. And we want the men we loveā€”our husbands, partners, fathers, sons, brothers, and friendsā€”to know that THEIR freedom matters too. So from 2ā€“4:30 PM, the men will have their own space to talk. Connect. Eat. Laugh. Learn. Think. And explore what freedom can look like for THEM. I couldn't imagine launching this part of the vision without Kevin helping to lead it. Free Before 40 is an assignment God placed in my heartā€¦But He never said for me to carry it alone. Kevin, thank you for being evidence of that. Thank you for believing in me, for covering me, for strategizing with me. And thank you for being the best husband! šŸ“… Saturday, August 15, 2026 šŸ“ Baltimore, MD Men's Freedom Segment | 2ā€“4:30 PM | In Person Only Includes access to our Freedom Celebration! šŸŽŸļø Link in Bio!

FREE BEFORE 40 SPOTLIGHT: DANIELLE GUILLORY One of the things I have learned on my own freedom journey is that you can understand something in your mind - and still be carrying it in your body. That is one of the MANY reasons I am so grateful that Danielle Guillory is returning to Free Before 40 for her FOURTH YEAR. Danielle is a trauma-informed speaker, speaker coach, wellness coach, somatic practitioner and doula. Those are just some of her roles, but let me tell you more about her gifts. She has this beautiful ability to help us slow down enough to notice what our bodies are saying while our hearts and minds are doing all this healing, dreaming, processing, and becoming. She reminds us that freedom isn't just intellectual. Freedom has movement, breath, rhythm. AND freedom lives in the BODY! And Danielle KNOWS the movement of freedom. Year after year, I have watched her help the women of Free Before 40 connect what we are learning in our minds with what we are experiencing in our hearts and carrying in our bodies. She helps make the room feel safe. She helps us come back to ourselves. She helps us breathe. She helps us move. And she helps us remember that sometimes freedom doesn't look like doing MORE. Sometimes freedom looks like finally feeling safe enough to release. I am so grateful that God has allowed our gifts and our work to intersect in this way. Because when I think about what I want Free Before 40 to be, I don't just want women to leave with great notes. I want you to have an experience. I want something to shift. I want you to recognize what you've been carrying. I want you to dream again. I want you to tell yourself the truth. I want you to MOVE. And I want your mind, heart AND body to know: Sisā€¦you are FREE! Danielle, thank you for bringing your wisdom, your gentleness, your MAGIC, and your grounding presence into this space for four years. Free Before 40 is better because you are in the room. Ladies who will be in the space, bring your journal, your dreams, your whole self. And wear something you can MOVE in. šŸ“… Saturday, August 15, 2026 šŸ“ Baltimore, MD āœØ Women: In Person + Virtual šŸŽŸļø Link in Bio

FREE BEFORE 40 SPOTLIGHT: DR. KRISTEN GUILLORY (Dr. G) Some people talk about freedom. Dr. G LIVES it. If you have ever heard me talk about Dr. G, you have probably heard me say that she floats! And she does! She floats because sheā€™s so free. Yall, before the very first Free Before 40 even occurred, Dr. G. gave me guidance and the push I needed to make Free Before 40 be all that God wanted it to be. Dr. G has been a speaker and consultant for Free Before 40 since the very beginning, and I truly cannot imagine celebrating Year 5 without her. She is my coach. She is my friend. She is one of the people God has used to help me become more of who I already was. And when she gets in front of an audience?! LISTEN! There is something special about the way Dr. G connects with people. She brings brilliance, humor, transparency, wisdom, faith, JOY and a level of freedom that gives everybody else in the room permission to take their own mask off. And this year, we get even MORE of her. Dr. G will be pouring into the women of Free Before 40 AND helping co-lead our brand-new Menā€™s Freedom segment. Dr. G is the founder of Candid Conversations for Men, an experience she launched in 2016 to create spaces where men can be seen, heard, affirmed, connected and simply have an opportunity to BE. And THIS is one of the reasons I knew she needed to be part of what we are creating for the men. Do yā€™all see how God puts things together?! That is alignment. Dr. G, thank you for believing in me before there was a conference to believe in. Thank you for helping me steward this assignment. Thank you for bringing ALL of your awesomeness to Free Before 40 year after year. I cannot wait to see what happens when you get in that room. Yā€™allā€¦ Dr. G is coming. I promise you want to be in the room. šŸ“… Saturday, August 15, 2026 šŸ“ Baltimore, MD āœØ Women: In Person + Virtual āœØ Menā€™s Freedom Segment: In Person Only | 2ā€“4 PM šŸŽŸļø Link to tickets in bio! #FreeBefore40 #HeartNSoulMH #DrCCSays

Im so excited! One of the greatest joys of what I do is helping women recognize the power of their voice, embrace the message God has given them, and confidently share it with the world. This Saturday, I get to celebrate with some women who have been working hard to use their voice, show up authentically, and make an impact! Since Next Level launched in February, I have had the incredible honor of serving as one of the Resident Speaker Coaches alongside another amazing coach, supporting the vision of THEE, Dr. Kristen Guillory! Over the past several months, I've had a front-row seat to watch the women in Next Level growā€”not just as speakers, but as leaders, storytellers, and women who are choosing to show up fully as themselves. They have done the work, stretched themselves, encouraged one another, and stepped into new levels of confidence. I couldn't be prouder. These women are powerhouses! And listen, don't take my word for it, come check them out on Saturday! Come celebrate them. Come be inspired by their stories. Come support them as they walk boldly in purpose and freedom. Dr. G, thank you for trusting me to support your vision. Kimberly, thank you for being an awesome fellow resident coach. And ladies of the 2026 Next Level cohort, it has been a true honor to walk alongside you and watch you shine. Everybody, use the link in the comments to register for the showcase!

Yall, We Made It to Year 5!!! Free Before 40 started as a vision placed on my heart to help women experience freedom sooner rather than later. Since then, I have watched women walk through the doors carrying the weight of fear, self-doubt, perfectionism, disappointment, burnout, people-pleasing, grief, and the expectations of everyone around them. And I have watched those same women leave lighter. I've watched women find their voices. I've watched women choose themselves. I've watched women set boundaries. I've watched women heal. I've watched women laugh, cry, connect, and remember who they are. I've watched freedom happen in real time. And I've experienced freedom in real time. What began as an idea has grown into a community, a movement, and a reminder that freedom is possible for all of us. That's why this year is different. Year 5 isn't just another conference. It's a celebration! This year's theme is: Celebrating Freedom: Honoring the Journey and Embracing What's Next! On Saturday, August 15, 2026, we'll gather together to celebrate growth, resilience, joy, sisterhood, purpose, and possibility. We'll reflect on where we've been, honor how far we've come, and make room for everything God has next. Your freedom deserves to be seen, felt, and celebrated! Join me on Saturday, August 15th at 12:00 Noon so we can celebrate! For a limited time, Early Bird tickets are available: In-Person: $99 Virtual: $24 If you've been thinking about joining us, now is the perfect time to secure your seat before Early Bird pricing ends. šŸ”— Link in my bio and stories!
