k i e r a n Did a chop and a balayage 🥹 I love this length on her and how we use her natural to create perfect lows. She pretty much wears her hair in a bun for work (she does microblading/powder brows!) or straight. It’s super important that we make sure she doesn’t feel overly blonde the way she wears her hair the majority of the time! Most balayage photos are curled because it shows off the dimension perfectly. Balayage typically is only painted highlights on the top of the section the hairdresser picks up. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk I hope I made sense 😂

"'A rising tide lifts all boats' * * I saw this and felt it was so fitting for today. I had a work related issue and I was so thankful for the community of other artists that I am connected to that helped me sort it out. It speaks volumes about you when you take the time and help another person out. At the end of the day I want to pay that support forward because there is enough room for all of us, and enough business to go around ❤️" - tagged in #thebmorecreatives feed by @koa_lash_brow
