POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
Somewhere between the excitement, nerves, the emotions, the beautiful chaos, and the magic of it all, I feel like I didn’t get to truly highlight something that meant so much to me… the heart and soul each artist poured into their work. Every canvas told a story. Some carried the memory of someone deeply loved, others took us back to a little piece of our childhood. Some brought laughter, others brought tears, and some reminded us of feelings we didn’t even realize we were holding on to. As artists, vulnerability is one of the most beautiful and terrifying things we can share. We take pieces of ourselves, our memories, our love, our grief, our nostalgia, and put them out into the world for others to experience. And this year, each of you did exactly that. I hope each of you knows how much I admire your dedication, your courage, and the stories you trusted us to tell through this exhibit. If in all the beautiful madness I didn’t get to personally acknowledge someone, please know that no contribution went unnoticed in my heart. To every artist who trusted us with their work, their stories, and their vulnerability… GRACIAS, de todo corazón. 🫶🏼 You reminded me why I love what I do, why art matters, and why creating spaces for our gente to connect through culture, memories, and love is so important. Porque el arte no solamente se mira… se siente ❤️ Con todo mi amor y gratitud, Allee Amore 🌹 #PanteonFest2026 #AlleeAmore #DondeViveLaInfancia #SupportLocalArtists

Until Gaza is free from occupation and the blockade is lifted, we will continue to fight and organize for justice! This upcoming Wednesday, join us for a special edition of From Roots to Revolution to learn and dialogue about how the movement for Palestine has forever changed the world and what we all must do to continue this struggle until we reach full liberation! 🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸

🔥📚 Study, Fast, Train, Fight! Come join PSL Ventura and VC Defensa in honoring Black August! We will be screening and discussing the film Judas and the Black Messiah this Saturday 8/8 at The Lab, 730 S Oxnard Blvd, Oxnard. Black August was created in California’s San Quentin prison to honor those who fought for black liberation and were killed by the state. The film tells the story of Fred Hampton, the Black Panther Party, and their brutal repression at the hands of COINTELPRO. We will reflect on the experiences of the BPP to see what lessons can be learned to fight against the political repression we face today.
