What started just two months ago as a simple thought has turned into something bigger and better than we ever could’ve imagined. ♥️

What began as ideas of meal prepping, late-night eats, and constantly evolving menus quickly became something real. From selling plates out of the trunk of our car, driving from bar to bar, staying up late, juggling multiple jobs, rearranging our schedules, and making sacrifices along the way — to now having the opportunity to hold a chef’s residency right here in our hometown.

It’s crazy to look back at where we started and see how far we’ve come in such a short amount of time. This opportunity truly feels like something that comes once in a lifetime, and none of it would’ve been possible without every single one of you.

To the strangers who took a chance on our food, the friends and family who showed up for our late-night trunk adventures, and everyone who continues to support us at the restaurant — THANK YOU.

And to everyone who has liked, commented, shared, reposted, or simply spread the word about what we’re building, just know that none of it goes unnoticed.

Every plate sold, every late night, every sacrifice, and every bit of support has brought us to where we are today.

From the trunk to the kitchen, we’re just getting started.

We appreciate y’all more than words can express. ♥️♥️

More to come. 🌙👨‍🍳
