WTF is ‘Not Your Grandma’s Yard Sale’ anyway?

If you’ve been before — which many of you have — thank you so freaking much for continuing to show up and make this thing so fun. 🥹

..But if you haven’t, let me tell you a little about it and why the three of us started it..

Back in 2023, Ana, Lexi & Laura had an idea! 💡 Tucson summers are HOT, thrifting is fun, cocktails make most things better, and running around town to 12 different yard sales or thrift stores when it’s 105° outside sounds absolutely terrible… like most things in the summer here 🥵 #tucson

So… why not put a bunch of really cool stuff at actual yard sale prices in ONE air-conditioned place? At the cutest bar in Tucson too 😎

Add tacos. Add cocktails. Add friends. Add music. Make it cute. Make it weird. Make it a place where you can thrift for a couple hours, grab a drink with your bestie, find something you absolutely do not need but obviously have to have, and just hang out. #thrifttucson

We wanted it to feel less like an “event” and more like a really good Tucson hang. And honey, it’s the bomb! 💅

And that’s how Not Your Grandma’s Yard Sale was born. 🛍️🍹🌮✨

Come see us THIS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 6th from 10–2 at The Royal Room for our THIRD ‘Not, your grandmas yard sale’ 😀
