An exclusive Oxford University secret society, The Riot Club, is gearing up for a lavish night at a countryside pub.

This clique of silver-spoon boys is ready to let loose after a former member's scandal landed them in hot water with the press. As they vow to make up for lost time with the messiest of celebrations, arrogance and entitlement give way to chaos.

From Olivier Award winning playwright, Laura Wade, Posh is a witty satire on the Bullingdon Club and classism in Britain.

LFTR review:

"Posh" at the Questors dares to dissect the thorny conundrum of class privilege, probing its capricious power to elevate or constrain. This production offers a sophisticated and timely exploration of this very dynamic. While the dramatic exposition unfolded at a somewhat measured pace, the intricate narrative, teeming with subplots and character interactions, gradually gained momentum, culminating in a second act of genuinely explosive theatricality. Prudently, we shall refrain from revealing any spoilers, but suffice it to say, the denouement provides a cathartic release, justifying the initial investment of patience.
The acting was nothing short of sublime, each performer imbuing their role with nuance and conviction. The script, a robust and well-crafted piece of dramatic literature, provided a solid foundation for these compelling portrayals. Furthermore, the scenic design was a veritable triumph, creating an immersive and visually arresting environment that perfectly complemented the narrative.
While the first act's somewhat deliberately slow tempo prevented a perfect five-star rating, the sheer dramatic force and entertainment value of the second half, combined with the aforementioned strengths, ultimately render this production at the Questors a compelling and worthwhile theatrical experience.

Finally getting around to my farewell post to #afunnythinghappenedonthewaytotheforum @sigtheatre in DC!

Farewell ancient Rome, farewell Candy Boyz, farewell awesome crew (I didn't get pics of everyone, but EVERYONE was awesome), and farewell Tintinabula! It was a fabulous ride and I had a wonderful time! Hopefully it's only farewell for now!❤️
