I worked with a lot of talented people on this job, and I'm very fortunate to do what i do. Long may it last ❤️🐉

How to train your dragon is out in the cinemas today, and it's arguably the best live action adaptation yet. Hope you enjoy watching it!

Proud to announce that I'm officially a 4th Degree Blackbelt in Taekwondo. 17 years in the making, and not many people can say they've achieved this level at 28 years old. Special thanks to my coach, Bertie Nicholson, who has been in my corner from day 1. All the years of sweat, blood, and shouting has worked its magic.

Thanks to Gareth for setting the bar so high, quietly paving the way to 5th Dan (Congratulations). To Lisa, for all the behind the scenes efforts and making sure we're well looked after. Congratulations to you and James on passing the grading, too!

Finally, to Erin and my Da for supporting me on the day. Having you both there to watch me do this, was the cherry on top.

Shoutout to my Da buying me Tekken 3 on the ps1 in the 90s, sitting me down to watch all the Jet li, Van Damme, Jackie Chan, and Jason Statham classics. Then, introducing me to Taekwondo back in 2006.

Little did we know I'd be where i am today with all the achievements and memories. Here's to 5th Dan and plenty more days of training...

Film Premieres are few and far between. They're special little events that allow your hard work to be put to rest on the big screen. Hours, days, and months of graft projected in a dark room for fresh eyes to consume. You sit there waiting for laughs, the ooohs and ahhhs. Hoping they hit your marks and nothing falls flat.

You owe it to your crew and pray it gives them justice for their efforts. Your band of brothers and sisters. The make-shift family. The people you surround yourself with who have your back from day 1...

Are you prepared to give more than you get? And put in twice what you get back?

I'm blessed to have the career I've had so far, and I know it's only the beginning.

The Sound Of Craic is a milestone and a memory I won't forget. One of many more to come...

Lisburn Castlereagh Sports Personality Of The Year Awards 2022.

Last night I was awarded the David Edwards Senior Merit Award for my contribution to Taekwondo.

Over the past 16 years I've represented Carryduff Taekwondo locally, internationally and at European/Commonwealth competitions.

I've been fortunate enough to watch our club grow from strength to strength, not only as a participant but also through coaching younger talent within Northern Ireland and showing them how beneficial it is to work hard, keep active and be respectful to everyone around you.

Etiquette, Modesty, Perseverance, Self Control and Indomitable Spirit. The Key Tenets of Taekwondo. And the code to living a well rounded life.

Thank you to Bertie Nicholson for being there from Day 1. Undoubtedly the best coach and he'll love me saying that (I will never hear the end of it haha). Wouldn't be half the man I am today without the shouting I've endured...

Congratulations to James Nicholson on collecting not 1 but 2 awards last night! An undoubtedly talented young man who will be running the show in no time.

Liza Nicholson thank you for always looking after me and pushing us all to compete. Always looking to the future and providing us with opportunities to showcase our abilities.

Gareth, someone I've always looked up to. I remember when I started out, the phrase "I wanna be a good as him someday" was said many times. As you effortlessly kicked people in the head proceeding to help them up. To do it again hahaha

And then there's Ma and Nicholas...
The mountain man and the Dame chancer.
Always keeping it light hearted and loud when it doesn't need to be. But sure you have to have the craic. I'm extremely lucky to have such a supportive and loving family.

Shoutout to the lovely Lady Mary Peters, of course I'd take a photo with ya!

Keep kicking 🤙

The School For Good & Evil.
A job like this is certainly categorised as few and far between. 67 Days of hard work and graft with a world class crew. I'll always look back at this job as a milestone in my career.

I'm truly blessed to work with such wonderful people from all around the globe. Once again Northern Irish crew stepping up to the plate and showing the rest of the world how it's done...

My first Netflix credit in the can 🤙

Commonwealth Celebration Championship 2022.

For this competition we had to submit a video of our best Poomsae (a sequence of Taekwondo techniques linked together into a pattern of moves). Poomsae (Also known as Kata in Karate) is something I've specialised in and competed internationally for Northern Ireland over the past 16 years.

Taekwondo and the people I've met through it has shaped me into the man I am today. It's taught me that discipline and consistency can take you anywhere.

Special shoutout to Bertie, Liza and James for the constant support and encouragement.
