Waddup IG ✌🏻

Making this intro post to share a bit about my fitness story as this account becomes more active.

I’ve tried many types of sports and fitness from childhood into adulthood, some of which include cross country & track in high school, was even the physical training team captain in JROTC (it was a phase ok 🫣), dance (6 months self taught counts), yoga for the past 7 years, HIIT work outs like orangetheory for over a year (even completed a DriTri, if you know you know).

This list is still growing, but I always find myself coming back to running. I’ve loved the challenge of it. I love how I feel after a run. I love that the lessons we can learn from running and sports/fitness in general are all ones we can take in our day to day lives. Expect lots of running posts from me as I train for @chicago13.1 in the next coming months.

OH and the pictures above? They’re from our first ever sales kick off with @marianatek. The journey of how I even got into sales is for another day, but I’m grateful to have entered a space that relates to a passion I’ve had for so long. Been so inspired by the fitness community in my time here & the people I work with. Our boutique fitness software is pretty dope, and so are the people behind it and the community we work with. Check it out if you want.

This account will be for all things running, boutique fitness, and tech. At least that’s the hope, and if you made it this far you’re the real MVP.

I'm going to share something with you that you may not be ready to hear. Or accept.

You ready?

The entire health/fitness/wellness and coaching industry --regardless of whether or not you have a brick and mortar practice or business or not --is growing exponentially.

So much so that it is becoming harder and harder to stand out. Yep.

And you know what else?

That means that no matter where you look--there will be MORE people who do what you do.

I don't care WHAT area of the industry you are in.

Continuing to do what you do now is what will put you behind.

You don't need another low ticket offer, membership option, class idea, zoom call program or something else.

Telling yourself you have to 'get more' is just adding to the grind.

The truth is you will just keep producing more of the same when you keep doing the same things you are doing now.

Want to know what will work for your future?

**Drilling down on ALL of what makes you unique so you stand out.

**Adjust your framework and process you are using for growth in your business or practice.

**Adopt INNOVATION as 'the new black' becuase it's that essential and central to your success.

When you join me and our amazing group at the INNOVATE RETREAT happening this August--that's next month--right here in Raleigh, you can get ALL THAT.

After losing over 70% of my business because I was drilled in on one main way--I have not just pivoted--but implemented ALL of what I teach and it has paid off.

And I had an established business. So it can happen to anyone--and it can happen to you.

There is never an 'ideal time' for any of it.
You make the time ideal when you decide.

You don’t need a huge following, a giant email list or a huge book of business to make great strides in your business with innovation.

Grab one of the last 3 VIP All Access passes left to join us.

Invest in yourself without hesitation. You ask your clients to do that--shouldn't you do it too?

Reach out to me to grab your pass! 🙌🏻🙌🏻😍😍
