Godly friends are more than just good company — they’re part of your purpose. ✨
When your crew prays with you, laughs with you, and sharpens you, that’s kingdom family. 🙌🏽💛

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17

We’ve all felt it—that moment when your thoughts start spiraling and anxiety creeps in.

In this video, @thelifewith_bb shows us how she slows down, recenters, and prepares her mind using A Prepared Space’s journal.

She walks through:

• Event: What sparked my thoughts?
• Feeling: How am I feeling?
• What I believe: What’s behind my anxiety?
• The truth: What does God’s Word say?
• Prayer: Bringing my worries to God.

This isn’t just journaling—it’s a reset for your spirit.
Your mind deserves a safe space too.
