How are you supposed to fit a wedding like this into just 20 slides 🤯! I could quite easily have doubled the photos in this post and it still wouldn’t have been enough to tell this incredible story 🤩!

The energy from the start of the day right up until the end was insane 😁!! I don’t think I ever saw Iona and Ben without smiles on their faces throughout the day! I knew this day was going to be special and it absolutely did not disappoint 😁! The main goal I set myself was to try and bottle up as much of the energy and joy from the day as I possible could in the photos I made, so I hope you can feel it too as you look through these photos ☺️.

Iona and Ben, from our very first call I knew you guys were special, and seeing you on your wedding day surrounded by all the love from your friends and family just confirmed that for me. I’m so grateful to you both for letting me be a little part of your incredible journey!

I’ve got to give a special shout out to Olivia at @sailandpeg for making the day run so smoothly and bringing Iona and Ben’s vision to life. And to @hannah.hunnam for the most incredible florals, LITERALLY OUT OF THIS WORLD, It felt like we were in magical meadow 🤩🤯! And to my incredibly talented friend @tommyreynolds.weddings for second shooting this one with me 😁!

Iona & Ben | May 2026 🤍

From the moment we met Iona, Ben and their families, we knew this was going to be something special.

A day overflowing with love, laughter and personality, where every detail told a story. From the family band performing at the church, to guests making the beautiful coastal walk to the marquee, every moment felt thoughtful, personal and completely unique to them.

There were wheelbarrows of drinks waiting for guests after the ceremony, handmade favours lovingly crafted by Iona’s mum, and beautiful bud vases created by Ben’s mum. Even the speeches had personalised walk-on songs. It was one of those weddings where every detail felt intentional, and every detail mattered.

And then there were the flowers…

A floral wedding that we’re not sure will ever see beaten. Wild, whimsical and meadow-inspired, @hannah.hunnam transformed both the church and marquee into something truly breathtaking.

We cannot wait to share more from this incredible celebration. James captured the day so beautifully, documenting every laugh, smile and moment of pure joy. The emotion on every face tells the story better than words ever could, and we’re completely obsessed with these images.

Iona and Ben, it has been an absolute pleasure. We wish you a lifetime of happiness, adventure and love🤍
