Through the years, this Sacred Qigong practice has held me through grief, transformation, awakening, healing, and profound moments of connection with Spirit.

It has taught me how to soften, how to listen, and how to trust the unseen currents of life moving through and around us 🌬️

This class is my sacred offering to you. A personal invitation to reconnect with yourself in a deeper way… to breathe fully, move intuitively, open your heart, and remember the quiet healing intelligence already living inside you.

Whether you are completely new to Qigong or returning to your own spiritual path, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Join me on 1st Sundays starting on June 7 at 11.15am at Pacha Collective in uptown Vancouver. More details via link in bio ✨

‘Pushing the Mountain’ is a grounding and empowering Qigong form.

It looks simple on the outside, but on the inside, it acts as a reset for your body and mind.

When you practice this movement, you aren’t just moving your hands—you are cultivating deep, resilient energy.

Why your mind and body love this move:
* Clears Mental Static:
The slow, deliberate pushing motion helps release pent-up stress, anxiety, and frustration. Think of it as gently pushing away whatever no longer serves you.
* Builds Quiet Strength:
It strengthens your physical stance while cultivating an unshakeable inner stability. You become rooted like a mountain, yet fluid like water.
* Boosts Vital Energy (Qi):
By coordinating your breath with the movement, you open up energy pathways in the chest and arms, improving circulation and leaving you feeling vibrant yet calm.
* Re-centers the Nervous System:
It shifts your body out of “fight or flight” and into “rest and restore” in just a few repetitions.

Slow down. Breathe. Move mountains. 🏔️🌬️

Join me for qigong classes @pachacollectivestudio on 1st and 3rd Sundays. More info via link in bio ✨

‘Embrace the Tiger Return to the Mountain’ teaches us how to balance strength with softness, movement with stillness, and effort with ease 🌿

Through mindful breath and flowing motion, we gather scattered energy and return to our center 🌬️

Every movement becomes a meditation — reconnecting body, breath, and spirit with the natural rhythm of life 🌬️

Join me for Qigong on 1st and 3rd Sunday mornings @pachacollectivestudio in uptown Vancouver. Sign up via link in bio 🌿
