WOW!

28 trips around the sun & a couple trips around the world.

Grateful doesn’t even cover it.
This year stretched me, humbled me, and blessed me in ways I didn’t see coming.
Every win, every lesson, every hard season was part of the plan, and I’m thankful God kept me through all of it.

To the people who rode with me, prayed for me, and pushed me: I love y’all. And I really mean that from the bottom of my heart. I would not still be here without ya.

Year 28, I’m walking in his purpose with open hands and a full heart. Because if God is with me…

All glory to the man upstairs. 28 here we go!!

The grind doesn’t lie.

Every rep, every early morning, every ‘no’ you push through.

Discipline isn’t glamorous.

It’s showing up when it’s easiest to quit.

Friction is the price of growth. Pay it daily.

It’s all gonna pay off.

Life changes, you reach different stages, and turn different pages. At the end of the day it’s your book, and you decide who you write history with. Remember that

Weeks of grinding.

Mornings that hurt.

Rounds nobody saw — all leading to one night.

Bet on faith, cause I wouldn’t be here without the Lord

Life’s been rough lately — heavier than I’d like to admit. Good times have been rare, and some days just feel like getting through them is the win. But through it all, the right people have shown up on hard days without even knowing they were hard — no big gestures, just presence. Just being there. Turns out that & prayer is worth more than anything.

Imagine being so desperate for a wrestler that can fight that you root for the Russians.

Pennsylvania wrestlers are on the way no doubt. In order to be immersed with the game you have to find the best and try to elevate yourself to that level of greatness daily. Find ways to get comfortable with the uncomfortable 🇺🇸🤙🏻
