Minus the video—I definitely cut it short 😅

🔆Being an entrepreneur means wearing many hats… facilitator, organizer, content creator, tech support… all in one flow. 🔆Still grateful for the magic that unfolded.

Today’s sound bath—softened by the soothing sound of the rain stick and the aroma touch of peppermint and frankincense —gave this Corp Group the release they needed from the stress of their workday.

Last week I was on another journey to the city.🏙️

Initially it was going to be facilitated on the river deck but because of the rain we had to move the sound journey inside.

Offering vibrational healing in corporate settings is so interesting to me. Why? Because often times people who join come from that professional, reserved attitude that the corporate setting elicits.

Some join in a suit and a tie and I simply ask them to lay down on the floor and completely let go. 😂

Sometimes I wish I could take pictures before, and after, because the difference is visible.

I love to see the awe in people‘s eyes afterwards, and hear about their experiences. Some participants tapped into other dimensions of their minds and saw images of themselves that to me symbolized freedom…the man in the suit saw himself as a little boy on the meadow, looking up at the sky and one woman saw herself riding on a horse without a saddle across the beach.

I know that these journey make a deep impact on our subconscious mind, which really drives the show of our lives.

Grateful for the opportunity to bring this work to the places and spaces that need it most.
