📞 SELF-CARE IS CALLING… WILL YOU ANSWER? 🕯️✨ We spend so much time taking care of everyone else that sometimes we forget the most important person on the list: YOU. Self-care isn’t selfish, and it isn’t a luxury. It’s how you recharge, reconnect with yourself, and protect your peace. So pause. Breathe. Light the candle. Put the phone down. Give yourself permission to rest, reset, and simply be. Your well-being matters. Make yourself a priority. 🤍 Answer the call. You deserve it. ✨ #SelfCareMatters #MakeYourselfAPriority #ProtectYourPeace #MindBodySoul you deserve iI

WAG New Member Spotlight! Thelma Velez is a self-taught American painter and photographer whose work explores natural spaces and meditative abstraction. Born in the Bronx, New York, and later shaped by the vibrant natural landscapes of Miami, she developed an early connection to art through drawing and a fascination with patterns, energy, and the natural world. After pursuing a career outside of art, Thelma returned to painting in 2024 and has deepened her practice as a form of creative and personal exploration. Working primarily in acrylic on canvas, her process balances intention and intuition, allowing each piece to unfold organically. Meanwhile, her photography highlights a deep-rooted belief that nature does it best. Welcome Thelma! @thelma_iris_rising #artandrevival #acrylicart www.thelmavelez.com
