Menopause is not just a women’s conversation...

This is a much needed conversation from @mrskp_lifestyle & @fitness_marriage_coaching we don’t hear enough about: what happens when a couple chooses to navigate menopause together?

After 36 years of marriage, Demitrie & Karen are sharing their real life experience of learning, adjusting, communicating, and showing up for each other through it!

And men, we want you in this conversation too!!

Because when we all get educated, we all have a better opportunity to love, support, communicate, and show up better for each other.

Come check in with us and hear their perspective, link to learn more and save your spot is in our bio 🩷💜

"I felt like I needed to figure out something to help other women not have to go through what I went through." ❤️‍🩹

When @allysenrenee was navigating her own healing journey, so many women reached out with questions, looking for guidance and a safe space. That’s when the vision for The @lelorafoundation was born, creating one dedicated space for resources, support, and honest conversations around women's health.

Even in the middle of grieving and healing, she knew it was time. Watch the full conversation to learn more about the meaning, origin, and mission 🤍✨

For Allysen, saying goodbye to a dream to allow God to prepare her for something else was not an easy fight to surrender.

She's the founder of @lelorafoundation and she joined COYG for a 30 Minutes, Give or Take check in conversation about reproductive health, finding purpose, self care and creating a beautiful foundation that helps other women with education, resources and feel less alone in their own reporoductive health journeys.

Honestly I don’t even know how to explain this season...I just know I’ve felt this pull to step out and stop hiding behind my comfort zone.

And that’s hard for me!!!

Because being seen is one thing. Being really seen is another...Whatever this is becoming, I know it’s bigger than me.

So I’m just saying YES!!!!

Even if I’m nervous and I don’t have it all figured out 💜🙏🏾😇

Stop brushing off what your body is trying to tell you about Fibroid & Pelvic Health 🛑

Too many of us leave the doctor’s office wishing we’d asked one more question or worse, just deciding to "deal with it." We aren't doing that anymore!

Grab a friend, your sister, your momma your daughter, even your son, significant other or husband and come pull up. The more we get educated, advocate, speak up, and share space, the less we have to figure out by ourselves. 🫶🏽

Let’s check in. Register free using the link in bio!

We talk about everything… except the things happening in our own bodies. 👀

The pain. The changes. The questions we’re sometimes too uncomfortable to ask.

Let’s change that.

Come check in with us, hear from doctors, advocates and women with real experiences. Bring your questions, join an interactive digital Check-In activity, and connect, conversate and check in with one another.

You’ll also leave with a digital resource guide to keep the conversation going.

And yes, the men in our lives are welcome too. ❤️ Because understanding women’s health shouldn’t be a women-only conversation.

Come as you are. Let’s talk.
