So boom, my new single STFU drops 8/26!

I made this song in my childhood bedroom, while moms was recovering from surgery. Can’t really explain it. Nothing mattered in that moment, just her health and a pure moment of creation.. a reminder to keep going, to persevere. A fuck you to the naysayers. This song was a bright spot in a dark time for me… hopefully it will do the same for you. Let’s catch up, it’s been awhile.

Honestly every birthday hits a little different.. but this one stands alone. This is the first year of my life that I truly wondered if I’d make it to see this day.

This year was full of adversity.. missing the playoffs for the first time in my coaching career .. February 2 , 2026 I had a surgery for the first time in my life.. various other conflicts .. I could go on & on about all the adversity that I’ve faced this year .. but I won’t . I just appreciate my life more than ever today🤞🏾🤞🏾love yours!!
