Questions that clarify SMART GOALS! SMART is an acronym used for setting goals that stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time Bound. SPECIFIC: Who will be involved? Who is responsible for what? What is the ultimate goal? What needs to be accomplished? What’s steps need to be taken? MEASURABLE: How will success be measured? What metric should we use? Is this a yes or no binary? ATTAINABLE: Is it reasonable? How will it be achieved? What is the plan of action? Do we have the resources? Do we have the capabilities? RELEVANT: What is the expected result? What is the benefit of the goal? Why is it imporant to you? TIME BOUND: When will the goal be started? What is the timeline of sub-goals? When will the goal be complete? Do we need to reorient the action plan? #goals #goalsetting #achieve #achievement #question #clarify #proactive #proactivepractice #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthsupport #emotions #communication #skill #skilldevelopment #community #awareness #support #improvement #mindfulness #mindful #counseling #prevention #investment
