Thank you @ballislife @thelouruns for giving me the opportunity to be apart of "The LOU NEXT TOP 100" camp... Being able to give my time, knowledge and experience to the youth through basketball is such a blessing!!!

First 2 years I was apart of it but this year you gave me the opportunity to run the show... Thank you for trusting and believing in my coaching, training and leadership skills...

Great job to the coaching and training staff to help develop each student athletes that attended... Our goal is help prepare each student athlete for the next level mentally, physically and emotionally...

THANK YOU to Coach Frank Bennett 🏀

It was such a pleasure meeting you at @thelouruns and having the opportunity to receive your advice and wisdom about the game that I love. Thank you for continuing to build up the next generation, encourage us, and help us grow both on and off the court. Your impact means more than you know 🙏🏽 @ccpbasketball

Thank you to @thelouruns for organizing and hosting a great event this past weekend. The Next 100 Camp for the C/O 2031 presented the players with an opportunity to learn and compete, so they can get an understanding of what it’s going to take at the next level. The training they received are translatable skills that can be applied on the court and the competitive games really pushed each individual to be at their best.

@nate.wise_ this was a great experience for you to meet and compete with elite players around the region. It gave you an understanding of where you’re at. Congratulations to you and @coachstix team for winning the Lou Runs Championship. 🏆

Lou Runs top 100 camp went extremely well. I was averaging 18 ppg until I caught a knee to the thigh.
