POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I had such a great experience at LOV Mat Pilates Studios near Cumberland Mall, and let me tell you… this is so much more than Pilates!

We got into a core and glute-focused Mat Pilates class, but what made the experience even better was hearing the story behind LOV and the vision for creating this space.

As a nurse practitioner, Logan and Varshay love seeing wellness become more accessible and more intentional. LOV brings so much together under one roof, from Pilates to esthetics and med spa services, making it easier to pour back into yourself in more ways than one.

Because self-care isn’t just about how you look. It’s about how you feel, how you move, and how you show up for yourself.

And honestly? I’m already looking forward to my next self-care day here. 🥹💆🏽‍♀️

If you’re near Cumberland Mall and looking for a new way to invest in YOU, add LOV to your list!

Save this for your next self-care day, and tag the friend you’re bringing with you. 🤍

Today at Lov Studios with Logan, I got to experience what it looks like when movement becomes more than just a workout.

Mat Pilates. Mobility. Wellness. Intentional movement.

What stood out to me was how intentional everything felt.

This isn’t the kind of workout where you’re rushing through movements just to say you worked out.

Every movement is slow, controlled, and focused on your form. You’re actually paying attention to your body—your mobility, your endurance, your alignment, and how everything feels as you move.

It’s a full-body approach to wellness with holistic practices, support from a nurse practitioner, and movement that helps you understand and take care of your body from the inside out.

Because the way you take care of your body doesn’t just show up in the mirror.

It shows up in how you move.
How you feel.
How you carry yourself.
How you live.

If you’re looking for something in the Smryna area that feels intentional, challenging, and actually connected to your overall wellness, Lov Studios is definitely worth it!

Kinda Chic, in all my hats. ✨

Nurse Practitioner. Entrepreneur. Pilates + wellness. But my favorite title will always be Mommy. 🤎

The most fulfilling, the most challenging, and by far the most rewarding. Blessed to build, serve, grow, and still get to do the best job of all. 🫶🏽

Whew this core sculpt mat Pilates class @thelovstudios was 10/10! I’m down 27 lbs and everyone keep asking how I lost so much weight, and my answer is the ALWAYS the same get in the gym.

I run a couple times a week, do strength training, and incorporate Pilates. Also as a previous vegetarian I wasn’t getting enough protein I started eating meat and that also helped me cut the weight faster. You don’t need glps or lipo just go to the gym 🏋🏽‍♀️🤍

It’s always a good time when @glowwdaddy comes to see me! I love educating my clients on laser safety and explaining that MELANATED SKIN DESERVES LASER CARE TOO. ✨

If you’ve ever been told, “Laser isn’t safe for your skin tone…” — let’s talk. 👀

Melanated skin requires knowledge, precision, and the right technology + settings. When treated properly, laser facials can help improve the appearance of:

✨ Uneven skin tone
✨ Hyperpigmentation & dark spots
✨ Dullness
✨ Texture
✨ Signs of sun damage
✨ Overall skin radiance

And yes… we’re going for that smooth, even, lit-from-within glow. 🤎✨

🎥 Watch the video & tell me:

What’s your biggest skin concern right now?
👇🏾 Comment SPOTS, TEXTURE, GLOW, or TONE and let me know!

If you’re ready to elevate your skincare routine beyond basic facials, DM me “LASER” or use my booking link to schedule your consultation.

📍 LoV Medical Group | Atlanta, GA
✨ Customized treatments for your skin. Elevated results for you.

Save this post for your next skincare appointment + send it to someone who needs to see this! 🤎
