I had a great time @whiteacreproperties Networking event last week in Natick, There i ran into the stud of an investor @marcoepifanii

We had a chance to talk about what we’ve been up to and our plans for the future, certainly a great conversation!

Overall, my takeaway is that leveraging partnerships and mentors will propel you farther than you’d believe! I love to be in rooms with folks much smarter and more experienced than i am!

And lastly, a constant reminder for myself

Zoning Board Approved!!!🙏🏽 It’s ALWAYS a great week when you get a zoning project approved! And even better when it’s with one of my students!

I couldn’t be more PROUD of my partner and student @isaiahcthelwell for all his hard work! 📈From the beginning, Isaiah, took the initiative it takes to be a successful developer! He not only presented the project at the neighborhood association meeting, but also in front of the actual Boston Zoning Board. What a BEAST! 💪🏽

We purchased this property back on March 28th 2024 (take a look at the post around that time). In less than 6 months, we received approved for 7 units! 🤯 without using a zoning attorney. Zoning is just one of the valuable modules in my It Starts With One coaching program.

The next question is…which one of my students will I partner with next! DM to learn more about how you can get involved and jumpstart your real estate career!

I turned 21 in November, closed on my first Real Estate Development project in March….

I’ve spent the past 2 years of my life focusing on this goal, on this dream, at times it’s felt that the goal post kept moving, those were the moments you had to double down and keep your faith.

🚨Another one in the 📚!!! So excited to partner with another one of my students @isaiahsellsboston on this amazing deal that was sourced by yet another student @julianhernandez_home_loans!

Talk about a WIN-WIN! @julianhernandez_home_loans was able to secure this “off market” property and wholesale it to us for a substantial fee 💵💵💵! @thelwellgroup and I will be adding tremendous value to this deal by developing the back lot that was included in the sale of the existing 3 family! Take a look through the pictures to see what we’re talking about! DM me to learn more about what this is like and how we can navigate through without hiring a zoning attorney.
