What an amazing day we had at the @mercuryclimbing Merch Market in @thestockportmarket

Massive thanks to @paulaustin and his team for making this such a spectacular event! Paul has worked so hard to facilitate such a great opportunity for so many young bands and artists and it was a huge triumph. 👏

Lovely to see so many friendly music fans under one roof and we had many great chats with visitors who had supported so many of the bands and musicians by snapping up their merch. 🛍️

Great to catch up with our dear friend @realclintboon who signed our copy of his brilliant book The Manchester Chronicles. Fantastic to see it was a family affair with @therealmummyboon @oscar.boon_bass and Cassius Boon! #BoonArmy 🌟

Thank you to everyone who came and bought from us - we now have less than twenty copies of #StrawberryStudiosForever left in the world! 🌎

Also we were selling our amazing music art prints many of which have been hand painted by the phenomenal @vivianlallyart who was at the next stall to us!

We love doing market events as we get a chance to meet so many beautiful people and this has been a stand out event. 💯

Looking forward to the rest of the Festival and of course @skfoodiefriday on Friday! 🎉

We've had some incredible artists come and play over the past year including bands including names like @pulled_apart_by_horses @muddibrooke @themaddocksband & many many more. ❤️‍🔥

We're so happy with how far Trackside has come since it's opening and we want to keep growing, keep building and keep improving in everything we do to create a space Buxton has never had before and it's truly become a reality. The secret? well, it's you lot who turn up, rain, snow or shine. So thank you, legends.

Tell us down below who you want to see play at Trackside and we'll do our best to make it happen! (Tom Jones, Elton John, Arctic Monkeys and Oasis are all booked up currently so let's keep it real people) 🤘

Happy Friday x

The Maddocks came, played and conquered. Beer was consumed, the dance floor filled, thousands of free cans of beer claimed and thanks to High Peak Comps, one very lucky winner walked away £1,000 richer in a legendary live draw!

Don't believe us, Have a look at what you missed.

Let's talk 'live' illustration... You may have noticed, a few weeks ago the family and I made our annual trip to the Lake District to spend the weekend with the @tim.peaks.diner crew, selling prints, hanging out, dancing, and most importantly drawing the bands that play. It was my third time doing this, as an illustrator it's the highlight of my year, but.. how can I do this kind of thing more? Where else can I work drawing bands, DJs and performers in action? Where else can I take my sketchbook that allows me to hang in the crowd and document the show?!

I recently visited the @qbcentre and saw the 3rd slide in the Quentin Blake exhibition, he did the same thing! But in theatres!

So I'm putting this into the ether, if you have ideas for me, or even a show you want visually documenting, get the hell in touch! I'm always up for a chat and a collaboration.
