Anxiety lives in the head. The way out is through your hands.

Growing food. Saving seed. Water catchment. First aid. Herbal medicine. Cooking for a crowd. Fixing what’s broken. Learning how to be sustainable.

Every skill you learn is a piece of fear that leaves your body and doesn’t come back, because now you know what you would do.

Feels like a lot? Start with one. One plant to take care of on a windowsill. One free class at the library. One video tonight. You don’t need a farm or a lot of money to begin.

Bring your vision keeper from part 3 along. Skills grow faster when you learn them together.

What skill are you starting with? Drop it below. I’m collecting the list. 🔥

Part 4 of 6. Save this, share it, and send it to a loved one who needs this reminder.

action is the antidote to despair 💚

one of my favorite journalists, Emily Atkin from @heated.world said it best: “When we ask ‘What can I do?’ The answer is still anything.”

save this for your next spiral, and tell me in the comments: which one are you starting with?
