PARENTS WHO MINGLE! ☕️💞

Such a fabulous morning at my monthly Parent & Baby Mixer that I organise, and seeing this community continue to grow makes me so proud.

A room full of mums, dads and little ones enjoying hot coffees, fresh pastries, fruit and, most importantly, great conversations.

New friendships being made, familiar faces catching up and babies happily playing, with thanks to @rosenannies , while parents have the chance to chat.

This is exactly why I started these monthly Parent & Baby Mixers.

Parenthood can feel lonely at times, especially in those early months, so creating a space where local parents can come together, feel welcomed and leave knowing a few more friendly faces makes me so happy. Today we had a couple bring their 4 week old baby 💜

I’m honestly so proud of the community I’ve built. Every month the energy in the room is incredible. It’s warm, welcoming, supportive and full of people cheering each other on through this season of life.

as a breastfeeding mum I genuinely thought giving up coffee would be impossible 😭

especially that first coffee in the morning… the one that somehow makes you feel human again after a broken night’s sleep

I didn’t want loads of caffeine every day, but I also didn’t want to give up the comfort of coffee completely 🤍

so I tried this fully expecting it not to hit the same… and honestly I was surprised 👀
