I found the key to anti aging. Get you some friends that you can do anything and everything with and hang on to them tight.

It’s hard making friends as an adult. You never know people’s motives or levels of loyalty. But when you find the right people keep them in your corner. Make sure the keep you laughing. The more laughing the more you are living baby!

Over the years I see that the happiest women have a tribe. Whether that’s just one or two women you are close with or a whole group. (The more is not always the merrier)

Just get the right people and they will keep you young forever. Oh and go to random EDM festivals with them too cuz why not?! Keep things spontaneous and different. Keep laughing. Keep learning. And keep growing.

Galentine’s this year was intimate, intentional and curated. Every woman at that table brought something special. A night centered around celebrating women, meaningful friendships, and the love that exists when women truly support and pour into each other.

Grateful for the partners and local Houston businesses who helped us create an experience that felt truly special.

houston is always a good idea! and the dolls came out (and showed out) to celebrate my bessfrannnn’s @themamimimi 40th birthday in full soft-girl style! we got dolled up for dinner at Haii Keii, where the theme was Barbie Baddie Dreamworld. of course, I came as Asian Barbie…. yall know Asian is my fav cuisine and the vibe at @haiikeii.htx is totally me, think Nobu freshness + TAO flavor + John Wick aesthetic. A WHOLE Vibe!🥂
