Wow… Just wow! The Ilorin Business Summit is truly one for the history books! What an experience it was, sitting one-on-one with about 100 business representatives, listening to their challenges, diagnosing their businesses, and exploring practical solutions to help them grow. All within four hours, with just two minutes, sometimes even less, to engage with each business. What a test of insight, speed, and problem-solving! I look forward to seeing the incredible impact this summit will have on businesses and the economic growth of Kwara State. The conveners gave their all, and what once lived as a dream in @thesolarahmanbrand’s notepad has become a reality. What a beautiful reminder of what vision, commitment, and execution can achieve. @tamirahentrepreneurshipcom and @kvvtradefair deserve multiple rounds of applause for their deep commitment to building entrepreneurial communities where businesses don’t just exist but thrive. And the icing on the cake? Over $11,000 in grants to support 10 entrepreneurs on their journey to building exceptional businesses! Beyond that, additional cash grants were made available, alongside dedicated finance rooms that connected business owners in need of funding with potential financing opportunities and partnerships. This is what happens when we move beyond conversations to create opportunities, equip entrepreneurs, and build ecosystems where businesses can flourish.
