Honestly you guys… it’s the PEOPLE that change you here at BELLAME. ❤️ This weekend was our National Conference in DC. Yes, we got to ride the trolley, see 6 monuments and be tourists for a little bit 🇺🇸 but honestly, that wasn’t even the best part. It was the PEOPLE. My team taught me so much about how to lead through servant leadership instead of ego. That one really hit my heart. I earned my free room and VIP reception, but this time I got to experience it with a teammate @themarybethtaylor I’ve helped lead, and that honestly touched my heart in a whole new way. ❤️ I stayed in my room with two incredible souls who taught me more about myself than they probably even realize. Then I got a few hours to sit and have some deep conversations with my upline’s upline, and it reminded me just how special this culture is. There are no hierarchies or cliques. Everyone has a gift to share. And then Bob Heilig spoke and I was literally bawling like a baby. 😭 But here’s another part I’m REALLY excited about. Chris and I have been walking for weeks, changing out the dirt in our diet and moving toward a more Mediterranean way of eating because we’ve been wanting to take our gut and metabolic health seriously. So when the NEW product was announced and we heard what it was designed to support, Chris and I looked at each other like… “Are you kidding me?! We were JUST saying we needed something like this!” BOOM. 💥 It’s ALMOST HERE.( I got it free at conference) I can’t wait to learn more, try it and see how it fits into what we’re already doing. This conference reminded me that BELLAME isn’t just about beauty or products. It’s about people, growth, becoming better and being surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you win. Sometimes God puts you in a room with the exact people and tools you need at exactly the right time. ❤️ If you want to hear about the NEW product and why Chris and I are so excited about it, comment GUT or message me. 👇🏼 #BELLAME #BELLAMEBeauty #NationalConference #ServantLeadership #GutHealth MetabolicHealth MediterraneanLifestyle HealthyOver50 WomenSupportingWomen Leaders

✨ You don’t need another business… you might just need the RIGHT COMMUNITY. ✨ This team is SO bonded, and there is absolutely room for you here. ❤️ No cliques. No competition. No one left out. Just women with different gifts, different stories, and different strengths coming together to encourage, support, laugh, learn and grow. Our goal isn’t simply to “sell BELLAME.” It’s about solving problems for people. Helping women feel confident again. Creating an opportunity to make money. Finding purpose. Being recognized for what YOU bring to the table. And sometimes… getting your spark back. ✨ We celebrate each other. We cheer each other on. We travel together. We laugh A LOT. And we genuinely want to see each other win. Because making money is great… but making money while serving a purpose, building friendships and being part of a community that feels unmatched? THAT is the gift. ❤️ If you’ve been looking for a place where you can be completely yourself, use your gifts, grow personally AND financially, maybe this is your sign. DM me “IN” and let’s talk. 💕 You might just find the community you didn’t even know you were looking for. There’s room@for you here 🙏🏼🥰

About last weekend… Sometimes, you meet women who match your random, crazy and maybe somewhat unhinged ideas, and support you no matter what. One thing Bellame has taught me, or rather reminded me, is to lead with heart and understand everyone’s journeys are different. Rather than judge each other, there is support, no matter what your rank. It isn’t about the 💵 or the rank…it’s about: ♥️ love 👯‍♀️ comraderie 🤗 support 📚 education Here’a to future possibilities ✨💫 #bnc2026 #bellamenextchapter #lovesharelead #bellame #bellamebeauty

What happens when you co-work with your sister-in-law? Putting on masks while working and other shenanigans! 🙃 I absolutely love these masks!! They are such an easy way to get your self-care routine in and no messy clay to deal with. You just take it off and run the collagen into your skin. Easy peasy! #bellame #bellamebeauty #ownyourglow

✨ DREAMS REALLY DO COME TRUE! ✨ I officially earned the BELLAME BellaDreams trip to Punta Cana, and so did my sweet friend @themarybethtaylor Mary Beth! 🌴✈️🍹I want to bring my hubby since this is not a work trip! And we’re cheering extra hard because Laura is only 593 points away from joining us! She hasn’t officially earned it yet, but we are believing she’ll cross that finish line soon! 🙌💜 This means a luxurious 3-night all-inclusive stay at the beautiful Secrets Tide Resort in Punta Cana, celebrating with incredible women, making memories, and enjoying a reward we worked hard for & with no taxes to pay on the trip! Usually only top 1% make these trips not here! My team and I are winning this! There’s another month to earn this by July 30 ! I love that BELLAME isn’t just about products or business. It’s about friendships, cheering each other on, and celebrating each other’s wins. Come on, @flood.laura Laura… we’re saving you a seat in Punta Cana! 🌴☀️ #BellaDreams #PuntaCana #DreamTrip #Bellame #WomenSupportingWomen Teamwork EarnTheTrip AllInclusiveVacation CommunityOverCompetition WorkFromAnywhere DreamBig Over50AndThriving

This is my top leader who has hit the top of the charts and she even beat me on earning Punta Cana secrets vacay all expenses paid Belladreams twice! Last year she and I earned 3 days in Nayarit, Mexico ! She’s going toward level 2 to bring her hubby to the Dominican Republic in October! I know I wanna bring my hubby so every order and recruit helps us earn points!!!!! There’s still time to earn in July! Did I say @themarybethtaylor was the very 1st person to earn the Belladreams 🇩🇴#1 in our WHOLE team of 160!!! I was #2 yes I want my people to beat me and win!! Not just me! Did I also say this doesn’t count as income to go to the Dominican Republic for 3 nights at an all inclusive Secrets Vacay?? So we do not pay taxes! Now this is the other plus at BELLAME! We both earned our national conference ticket, all food and VIP reception in a private room with the owner and CEO @melissathompson.19 & I got a free 2 night accommodation from the beautiful daughter of the owner who is @_amandaneumann who has won many awards for her perfection of running an event!! Traveling with friends is my love language! If you need community and travel comment “dance” and I’ll show you how to win also!!
