It’s officially been 1 year of Face-Off Fitness LLC!

It’s been one heck of a year, with lots of changes. This started with a few dumbbells and bands in the driveway doing circuits written on a tiny white board. Now it’s a real indoor gym set-up with a good amount of equipment! (The FOF Dojo)

Huge thanks to my family, friends, and clients who have supported me since day 1. This could have never happened without you all!

Definitely a big shout out to my parents for letting me use part of their garage for my gym set-up!

Also shout out to @jimcashstrength and @joshuadlehman for the many questions answered when it comes to training.

Beyond thankful for this opportunity so far. Can’t wait to see what’s to come in year 2!!!
