Soccer at Schools 🤝 BELIEVING ⚽️✨

KC, baby! 🩵❤️

Still smiling about our first Soccer at Schools direct-to-teacher training with @kccurrent and @bankofamerica — bringing together 22 elementary PE teachers from across Kansas City Public Schools for a day all about making soccer fun, welcoming and accessible for every kid.

Pretty special getting to see something we’ve spent so much time building come to life with the teachers who will bring it into their schools and make it their own. And couldn’t think of a better place to kick things off! (Just missing Coach @tedlassorichmond 🤪)

With the end of @fifaworldcup just around the corner, you know our team is already thinking about what’s next: LEGACY!

Excited to have hosted our first Soccer at Schools workshop in the very city that will host the tournament final. What an amazing night in NYC bringing together educators, coaches and community leaders to play, engage, and learn from each other about how to bring soccer into more schools across the city. Shoutout to facilitator extraordinaire @nora.dools for a fun-filled evening! (And you know I had to ball out 🤪).

happy World Cup kickoff week to those who celebrate ☄️

I’ve been doing some reflecting, and never in my wildest of dreams I would think I would be telling the stories of the biggest clubs, leagues, organizations in football, let alone at a major FIFA tournament like Club World Cup. I have been blessed to have a *solid* sports community that I can rely on, and also uplift. From joining the soccer world almost 6 years ago, to now traveling abroad to cover the beautiful game, and working for the biggest global sporting event in the world.. Can confirm, I already pinched myself, and I am *not* dreaming!!

It’s easy to forget the work you put in, I’ve reminded myself that I deserve this shit and I deserve to be here. I am constantly in awe of the people I continue to meet and learn from. This was truly an unbelievable experience… I can’t wait to see what this summer unfolds 😏

From helping to launch FIFA Football for Schools across the U.S. to playing professional photographer for David Beckham and Sydney Leroux to kicking off Soccer at Schools in my hometown...it’s been a whirlwind in the best way! I couldn’t be more excited or proud of what we are building, and we are only just getting started.
