Drawers dull of skincare and stillll confused on where to start? Skincare doesn’t have to be complicated. A few products chosen for YOUR skin can make your routine feel a whole lot simpler and something you can stick with. Today @themegancunningham and I chatted through a few skincare basics: cleanse, serum, moisturize. What each step does, what order to use them in, and how to find your starting point. Maybe you’ve never heard about waterless? 🌿 So here’s a quick rundown.. Oliveda uses olive leaf elixir as the base of its products, instead of taking a water-first approach which only leaves at best 5-10% of actives. Go check your labels 👀 it’s pretty wild! That’s what we mean when we talk about waterless skincare. 100% bioactive ingredients and up to 95% more potency. You don’t have to figure it all out yourself. We’re here to help. 🫶🏼 Comment: 🌿 WATERLESS — to chat more and ask us your questions ✨ QUIZ — for the skincare quiz link 🎁 FREE — to learn how you could get free skincare #waterlessbeauty #nontoxicskincare

What is Metabolic Health?? Hey there, lovely souls! Today, let’s dive into the beautiful world of metabolic health. 🌱But first, what exactly is metabolic health? Think of it as the symphony of processes that keep your body running smoothly – from energy production to hormone regulation. When your metabolism is in harmony, you feel vibrant and alive. 💫However, sometimes our bodies send us signals that things aren’t quite right. Here are some signs your metabolic health might need a little TLC: Fatigue: Feeling tired all the time, even after a good night’s sleep. Weight Gain or Difficulty Losing Weight: Despite your best efforts, the scale won’t budge. Cravings: Constantly craving sugary or high-carb foods. Poor Sleep: Trouble falling asleep or staying asleep throughout the night. Digestive Issues: Bloating, gas, or irregular bowel movements. But fret not, my friends! There’s hope on the horizon in the form of two powerful allies: GLP-1 and AMPK.GLP-1, or glucagon-like peptide-1, is a superhero hormone that helps regulate blood sugar levels and promote satiety. It’s like having a guardian angel for your metabolism, keeping things balanced and in check. 🦸‍♀️AMPK, short for adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase, is another metabolic superhero. It’s like the energy manager of your cells, helping to boost metabolism and increase energy production. With AMPK by your side, you’ll feel like you can conquer the world! 💪And here’s the exciting part – both GLP-1 and AMPK can be harnessed to support women on their journey to better metabolic health. Whether through lifestyle changes, medication, or natural supplements, there are countless ways to tap into the power of these metabolic marvels. So, dear friends, if you’re feeling a bit out of sync with your metabolism, know that you’re not alone.
