POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

POV: everyone said “we need a night out”… and someone finally booked it. 💋🥂

Now you’re tucked beneath King’s Cross, cocktails arriving, everyone looking a little too good, and the group chat has absolutely nothing on the conversation at this table.

A birthday? A reunion? Just overdue some London after-dark energy? There’s always something worth getting the girls together for.

Make it a night you’ll still be talking about over brunch.

In Italy, the best recipes aren’t written down… they’re passed down. ❤️🇮🇹

There’s something special about a dish that takes you straight back to Nonna’s kitchen.

Our chef brings a little Italian nostalgia to life with our traditional grandmother’s meatballs. A beautiful combination of minced meat, bread, milk, garlic, parsley and aubergine, gently brought together and served in a rich tomato sauce, finished with pecorino cheese. 🍅🤌

No unnecessary fuss. Just humble ingredients, a little patience and a whole lot of amore.

Because sometimes, the simplest dishes tell the most beautiful stories. And at Spagnoletti, that’s exactly what Italian cooking is all about.

A wonderful personal portfolio photoshoot at the Megaro Hotel in King’s Cross, where the staff were so courteous and welcoming to our entire team, from photography to makeup. Being a silver-haired mature model means embracing my confidence, beauty and sensuality—and showing that we can be sexy, stylish and entirely ourselves. Ageism is never in style, and it has no place in fashion. @photography1960jongebloed @themegarohotel @eemodelsagencyofficial @italian._leather #silverfoxmodel #commercialmodel #eternalelegancemodels

My natural wrinkles and grey eyes tell part of my story, but my age does not define who I am. You will find more of me in the pages of my poetry and in the friendships I hold dear.

Life has made me more careful with my trust. I may not call my friends every day, and I rarely ask for help, but my care runs deep. When someone needs me, I am always willing to help.

As a model, I hope to see a fashion industry where ageism fades and talent is valued. Where models are paid for their time, preparation and work on the runway and in front of the camera, because photographs alone do not pay the bills.

Modelling is a craft. It takes skill, discipline and presence, and it is not a path for everyone. I would love to see class, style and elegance celebrated alongside respect for the people who bring the clothes to life.

Before the night begins, there’s an important question…

What’s your signature sip? A perfectly stirred Negroni? A cool, refreshing Mojito? Or a dangerously elegant Dirty Martini? 🍸

Whatever your choice, Hokus Pokus knows how to make it memorable. Expect exceptional pours, elevated classics and a little bit of magic in every glass.

🇮🇹🧬Sci-fi Italian restaurant!

🚂✨The name comes from Charles Spagnoletti, a 19th-century London engineer and inventor who created the British railway telegraphic signalling system. That connection to the neighbourhood’s industrial and railway history runs through the restaurant’s design — a retro-futurist setting with references to invention, discovery and old-world railway glamour. The restaurant was even featured in the British indie experimental short film Out of Time.

🍝Spagnoletti’s distinctive dining room has plenty of character, but the design doesn’t overwhelm the food. Both hold their own.

👨‍🍳 The new Executive Head Chef, Raffaele Parise, brings fresh ingredients and a new take on Italian classics, all cooked in an open-plan kitchen.

What we tried:

🥖🥨Mixed Bread Basket
– Focaccia Barese, rosemary focaccia and sourdough with olive oil
🥗Burrata
🍅 Panzanella Salad
🦞 Tagliolini with Lobster
🐟 Stone Bass
🍮 Tiramisù Tradizionale
🍫Bonet – chocolate & amaretto pudding from Piedmont, served with orange blossom and cacao nibs ice cream
